This is Caroline Wallace.

Thank you for taking these brief moments for yourself.

Let's begin.

Find a comfortable position and gently close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Gentle breath in and a soft,

Easy breath out.

Allow the body to settle,

The shoulders to drop,

The jaw to loosen,

As you inhale,

Feel the breath soothing the whole body,

Inviting peace and calm.

As you exhale,

Allow a gentle smile,

Letting the corners of the mouth lift slightly,

A small,

Natural smile.

Feel how the smile softens the heart.

Feel a gentle lightness of the spirit.

Become aware of just this,

The breath,

The stillness,

The quiet space around you.

Let this moment sink in,

A moment of peace.

A moment of clarity.

A moment where your own presence is enough.

Let this become an anchor that carries you through your day with peace and calm.

Take one more soft inhale and a long,

Easy exhale.

When you are ready,
