Welcome beautiful soul.

I invite you to find a quiet,

Safe,

Uninterrupted space and get comfy.

You can be seated or lying down,

Whatever feels good for you.

It's time to go within.

It's time to reflect.

I invite you now,

If you haven't already,

To gently close down your eyes and tune into your body.

Not changing anything,

Just noticing.

Not judging,

Just allowing.

Surrendering to the present moment,

You have nothing else to do,

Nowhere else to be,

But right here,

Right now.

To anchor in even deeper into the space that holds you,

Together we'll take three nourishing and grounding breaths.

As you take these breaths,

Envision yourself becoming heavier and heavier,

Sinking into the floor beneath you.

In through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

In through the nose.

Exhale.

Nice and deep breath in through the nose.

Exhale.

As you start to feel more and more relaxed,

Bringing to your mind's eye now,

A moment in time you wish to reflect on.

There could be a certain pattern,

An emotion,

A person,

A situation,

Whatever it is for you,

Bringing it into your awareness now.

Just noticing how you feel.

And I invite you to lean in and allow whatever is arising in you to take up more and more space in your body.

It is safe to feel whatever is present for you.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Starting to notice now what part of your body is calling for your attention most.

Bringing yourself to surrender fully to all the sensations and all the emotions you may feel in your body.

I invite you now to release the story,

The person,

The situation,

The pattern that has cultivated this emotion in your being.

Slowly allow the story to drift away.

Bringing your focus back to the place where you felt this emotion most in your body.

Just allowing it to move through your body.

Allow it to take up space.

You are safe to feel this.

Inhale.

On the next inhale,

I want you to envision drawing this emotion up,

Up,

Up,

Up the body.

And when you exhale,

Envision letting it go into the ground beneath you.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Letting it go.

Another breath just like that.

Inhale nice and deep drawing all of the emotion up.

And now exhaling letting it go.

On this next inhale,

I invite you if it feels good to sound out of the mouth.

I want you to feel the grass that whatever needs to come through is meant to.

Inhaling now through the nose.

Exhale.

Focusing again on that space in your body that has been craving for your attention.

Breathing into this space now.

Envisioning a beautiful bright white healing light.

See it as it starts to grow bigger and take up space in your beautiful body.

As this beautiful healing light grows,

Watch it as it starts to surround your entire being.

Healing you,

Holding you,

Making you feel so safe to express every emotion you have ever suppressed.

Breathe deeply.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Placing your hands on your body wherever this place was for you,

Your heart,

Your room space,

Your throat chakra.

Taking deep nourishing breaths,

Slowly coming back into the space around you.

As you feel yourself coming back into this space,

Start to notice any sounds.

Start to wriggle your fingers and toes oh so gently.

I just invite you now to wrap your arms around yourself.

Repeating this in your mind or out loud.

I am safe.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

I am safe.

I am worthy.

I am enough.

Taking one last nourishing cleansing breath here.

Inhale.

Exhale.

And when you're ready,

Slowly blink open your eyes.
