Welcome,

To the feeling of one big exhale.

Take a moment to arrive,

Allow your body to soften,

Close your eyes if you'd like.

Let's begin with three calming breaths.

Inhale gently,

And exhale slowly.

Inhale again gently,

Exhale softly,

Breathing into your body,

And slowly,

Gently out of your body.

Now take three deeper breaths,

Inhale a little fuller this time,

Exhale with ease,

Again a deeper breath in,

And releasing it out.

One more deep in,

And release it out.

Now we'll take three breaths with sound,

Inhale deeply,

And sigh it out with sound.

And sigh,

Again breathing in deep,

And release with a little more sound,

Sigh.

One more breath in,

And release it out,

Sigh.

Now let's take one really deep breath into your belly,

Fill it up completely,

All the way from the bottom to the top of your lungs,

Hold it for a moment,

And now slowly release it out.

Feel your whole body softening,

Your mind beginning to quieten,

Come into stillness.

Let yourself just be here now,

Absorbing the sounds,

Observing your breath,

Coming in and out of your body.

This is the feeling of one big exhale,

The feeling of letting go,

The feeling of calm.

Give thanks to your breath,

And carry this gentle calm into your day.
