Sacred Rest Simply Being 30min With Return. This rest & sleep induction guides you into a state of complete ease, gently inviting the body and mind to release tension, soften effort, and settle into natural stillness. Through simple awareness of breath, body, and sensation, you’re encouraged to let go of thoughts, noise, expectations, and emotional weight. Nothing needs to be fixed or controlled—this is a space to surrender, unwind, and allow your whole being to drift into calm, quiet restoration. With each moment, the body remembers how to rest fully, and you return to yourself with softness, presence, and peace.

Welcome,

Dear soul,

To this deep rest,

Letting go,

This is your time for sacred rest,

Completely,

Fully,

Without effort.

Find yourself in a comfortable space to lay down,

A position that feels supportive and natural.

Perhaps a pillow or a bolster under your legs will get you into a comfortable position on your back.

When you're ready,

Take a slow,

Nourishing breath in,

And as you release,

Let your body settle,

Notice if you need to make any slight adjustments.

Let your breath soften,

Let this moment in time be yours,

A gift you give yourself time and time again.

Perhaps bring an intention in to rest completely.

Perhaps,

Repeat,

I give myself permission to rest fully.

I deserve time to rest and restore.

If you haven't already,

Gently close your eyes.

Notice how naturally the senses soften when you close your eyes.

The world becomes quieter.

Your attention begins to move inward.

Let go of everything you've been holding.

You have given yourself this time as a gift.

Now there is nothing you need to do,

Nothing you need to manage,

Nothing you need to fix.

This is simply your time to rest.

Notice the mind and body are starting to loosen,

Like a wave of ease rising back from the shore.

Just noticing what's here.

The mind may still be busy,

That's okay.

Nothing to change,

Nothing to resist.

Bring your awareness to your breath.

Feel the inhale move in effortlessly.

Feel the exhale.

The breath is already resting,

Already showing you the way.

Now bring your awareness into your body.

Noticing sensations.

Noticing where the body feels heavy,

Where it feels light,

Where it feels quiet.

And if you notice tension anywhere,

Simply let it go.

Let your body melt a little more.

Let the shoulders drop.

Let your jaw soften.

Let the belly relax.

Let the hands rest without needing to hold anything.

No effort.

No trying.

Just resting.

Not minding thoughts.

Not minding sounds.

Not trying to make anything happen.

Yet not trying to stop anything from happening.

Let yourself sink gently into the pull of gravity.

As though the earth is holding you,

Softening you,

Supporting you completely.

If the mind wanders,

That's fine.

Just notice it.

Let it drift away,

Like a leaf floating downstream,

While you return easily to the breath.

Again,

If you find tension,

Let it dissolve with your breath.

Let go of the meaning of thoughts.

Let go of the need to adjust anything.

Your body already knows how to rest.

And now you're just allowing it.

Your body may shift a little.

Your head may drift.

You may feel a gentle sway or soft movement.

Let whatever happens,

Happen.

No right.

No wrong.

No perfect way to rest.

Just being here,

With yourself,

In this moment of not doing.

From time to time,

Perhaps you scan through the body.

If tension appears,

Let it go.

Allow the muscles to loosen.

Allow the breath to stay soft.

Let yourself feel what you've been carrying.

Let it be here.

Let it be held.

Let yourself sink into deeper rest.

Give in to the weariness.

Give in to the softness.

Let everything be exactly as it is.

If emotions arise,

Let them be here too.

Not to fix them.

Not to change them.

Just allowing.

Allowing them to rest.

Here,

You don't have to do anything.

You don't have to be anything.

You just rest.

You just soften.

Your body knows how to rest.

Your mind knows how to rest.

When you allow,

You stop trying.

So let yourself drop into deeper stillness.

There is nothing required.

And the music will continue while you stay here.

Resting as long as you need.

Just resting.

Restoring your body,

Mind and spirit.

The music will continue.

And I will bring you back at the right time.

Take a slow deep breath in now.

Coming back.

You have given yourself the gift of complete rest.

Carry this softness into the rest of your day.

Remember,

Rest whenever you need.

Rest whenever your body asks.

Rest because you deserve it.

Have a beautiful rest of the day.

Namaste.
