This meditation is a journey into the sacred vibrations of peace and tranquility,

Using the powerful chant of Aum Shanti Aum.

Aum represents the universal vibration,

The sound of creation,

While Shanti symbolises peace,

Peace of mind,

Body and soul.

Together they form a mantra of deep inner calm and unity with the universe.

Let yourself absorb the chanting,

Let it flow into your being,

Allowing its sacred vibration to clear your mind,

Soften your heart and ground you in a profound state of peace.

Taking a deep breath in now,

And gently exhaling.

Feel the breath flowing through your body,

Calming every cell,

Softening every muscle.

Breathe in peace,

Breathe out release.

With each breath,

Allow yourself to arrive here,

Fully present,

Fully at peace.

Set your intention to connect deeply with the energy of peace today,

Peace,

Stillness and unity.

Let yourself get very comfortable,

Either seated or lying down,

Closing your eyes now,

Bringing your awareness to your breath.

As you breathe in,

Feel the expansion within,

And as you breathe out,

Feel the release.

Imagine every breath you are drawing in the vibration of Aum Shanti Aum.

Feel it ripple through your body.

Feel the vibration resonating in your heart,

Calming your mind.

If your mind wanders,

Simply return to the chant,

Riding its waves back into stillness.

Visualise a soft golden light growing with each repetition of Aum Shanti Aum.

Let's begin.

Bringing your awareness back to your breath,

Back into your body,

Feel the ground beneath you.

Take in a deep breath,

A deep grounding breath,

And as you exhale,

Gently release your breath.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,
