Find your foundation,
Sitting or potentially standing with your feet apart for this meditation,
As this will help you embody the meditation.
Close your eyes,
And now take a deep breath in,
Holding onto it for a moment,
And now exhaling slowly.
Wherever you are,
Feel your body supported by the earth.
Take another deep breath in,
Hold,
And slowly release it out.
Feel your body supported by the earth,
You are grounded and steady.
With your next breath,
Set the intention to release what no longer serves you,
Embrace your rise to a higher,
More empowered version of yourself.
I invite you to say these words after me,
I release what no longer serves.
I am rising to a higher and more empowered version of me.
I am moving on up.
Imagine you are standing at the base of the tallest staircase you have ever seen.
The top is bathed in golden light.
You know it's your destiny to climb these stairs,
So you start to walk up the stairs.
With each step upward,
You're moving closer to your goals and dreams,
With every step closer to freedom,
Each step closer to joy and self love.
As you climb the stairs,
You repeat this phrase.
I'm moving on up.
I'm moving on up.
I'm moving on up.
As you continue step by step,
Feel yourself shedding old patterns and limitations.
You are moving on up.
Say the words,
I'm moving on up.
It's time to break free,
Nothing can stop me.
I'm moving on up.

Feel the barriers of your mind falling away,
Leaving a clear path for your dreams.
As you climb higher and higher up the staircase,

Feel your energy lifting,
Growing lighter and more expansive.
You are now getting close to the top of the stairs,
And it's time to anchor in your strength,
Saying,
Nothing can stop me now.

As you reach the top of the stairs,
You pause.
You look out over the horizon.
It's limitless,
Glowing with possibilities.
Feel the strength of your journey and whisper to yourself,
I've been through the fire,
But I'm still standing.
If emotions arise,
Embrace them,
Hugging yourself.
You've been through the fire,
But you are still standing.
Let these words fill you with courage and pride for how far you have come.
Say to yourself again,
I've been through the fire,
But I'm still standing.
Now feel into your body,
Feel the liberation within.
You are here,
You are moving,
Nothing can stop you.
Bring in gratitude for how far you've come,
Grounding yourself,
Bringing your hands to your heart and say,
Thank you for the lessons.
Thank you for the journey.
Thank you for I shall rise.
I am rising like a phoenix.

Grounding this energy within you,
Feeling the strength and resilience within you.
