Hi,

Frankie here,

And welcome to this meditation on boundaries,

Creating strong,

Healthy boundaries.

Get into your comfortable position,

Seated or lying down,

Closing your eyes.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs completely.

Hold for a moment and slowly exhale through your mouth.

Let your shoulders drop,

Your jaw relax,

And your body settle into stillness.

This meditation is a space for you to explore and strengthen your boundaries,

Honouring your needs while staying connected to yourself and others.

Boundaries are not walls,

They are bridges that create clarity,

Balance,

And respect in all our relationships.

Take another deep breath in through the nose,

And exhale fully through your mouth.

Allow yourself to arrive in this moment.

One more deep in through the nose,

And letting it go through your mouth,

Bringing your awareness into your body now.

Feel the weight of your body pressing down,

Supported by the surface beneath you,

Supported by Mother Earth.

Imagine roots growing,

Anchoring you into Mother Earth.

These roots represent your inner strength.

They bring in stability and grounding you into your truth.

Now bring your awareness to your heart centre.

Place a hand gently over your heart.

Notice any emotions that arise,

Perhaps resistance,

Fear,

Guilt,

Or even relief.

Whatever comes up,

Just simply observe it without any judgement.

You are safe here and now.

Feeling into your heart.

In your mind's eye,

Visualise yourself now standing in an open space.

Around you is a glowing protective light.

This is your aura,

Your energetic boundary.

It may take the shape of a soft golden sphere,

A gentle fence,

Or a shimmering veil.

Notice its colour,

Its texture.

It is strong,

And it is flexible.

Now bring to mind a situation where you struggled to set a boundary.

Maybe you said yes when you wanted to say no.

Maybe you felt drained after an interaction.

Allow this memory to surface with compassion.

As you stand within your protective light,

Imagine shifting the boundary to serve you.

Maybe it becomes clearer,

Stronger,

Or more defined.

As you do this,

Affirm to yourself,

My needs matter.

I am allowed to set limits.

My boundaries are an act of self-respect and self-love.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Release any guilt or fear.

Imagine it dissolving into the air.

Communicating boundaries with confidence.

Now picture yourself in a conversation where you need to set a boundary.

See yourself speaking with calm and confidence.

Your voice is steady,

And your words are clear.

You might say,

I can't take this on right now,

But I appreciate you thinking of me.

Or,

That doesn't work for me.

Or,

I need some space to recharge.

Feel the strength in your voice,

The clarity in your expression.

Notice how your boundary is received.

Not with conflict,

But with understanding.

The right people will respect and honor your needs.

Repeat silently after me.

I communicate my needs with clarity and grace.

I am worthy of respect and balance.

I honor myself by honoring my boundaries.

Now bring your awareness back into your heart center.

Imagine your protective light surrounding you.

Strong,

Yet flexible.

Always there to support you.

Now take another deep breath in,

And exhale slowly.

When you are ready,

You can gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

And slowly open your eyes.

Returning to the present moment with a renewed sense of clarity and strength.

Carry this energy with you.

Your boundaries are a reflection of your self-growth.

They are not barriers.

They are sacred spaces of balance and mutual respect.

Affirm once more,

I am worthy of honoring my needs.

And remember,

If you come up to situations where you need a little more strength to create a boundary,

You can always do this meditation.

Creating boundaries is like strengthening a muscle.

The more you exercise,

The better you get at it.

Remember,

You are worthy,

And you honor your needs.
