Excellent session. I’ve been dodging a cold/flu so my sympathetic nervous system was working OT. My ratio was 57 SNS / 21 PSNS. This session helped balance it out a bit more to 51 SNS / 30 PSNS. It also lower my bodies stess from 80% to 68% and raised my energy from 39% to 44%
