My name is Jenny,

And this is a breathwork practice perfect for kickstarting your day,

Or perfect for if you just need a little focus,

A little energy,

Or just a bit of time for you.

Thank you so much for being here,

Let's do this,

Let's find a comfortable seat,

Let your eyes melt down to a close,

Take a breath in through the nose,

And relax the jaw,

Let it go with a sigh,

Two more,

Breath in,

A little energy coming into the body,

A little space,

A little warmth,

And let it go with a sigh,

Jaw relaxes,

One more,

Bringing something in for the day,

And take a moment to land into your breath,

Not trying to force it to be anything,

Just breathing and noticing,

As I breathe,

How is my body?

As I breathe,

How is my mind,

And how am I feeling?

And to let yourself arrive here even further,

Let's take a little box breath,

Just a focus,

Take a breath in,

Hold your breath,

Hold your breath,

Now that's the breath,

Keep going,

In,

Gently hold,

Breathe out,

Let go,

Hold at the bottom,

Start to flow with it,

In,

Let go,

Body relaxes,

Hold,

Can you breathe a little energy in,

In,

Gently hold,

Feel that energy in the body,

Breathe out,

Keep it coming,

In,

Like a dance with your breath,

In,

Slightly different,

Take a breath in,

Gently pause,

Top it up with a sniff,

Let it go with a sigh,

Clear out,

Let go,

Hold at the bottom,

And again,

Breath in,

Gently hold,

Top it up with a sniff,

Let it go with a sigh,

Top it up,

Keep holding if you can,

5,

4,

3,

Maybe a second sniff,

And let go,

Take a few moments with an easy,

Relaxed breath,

Just noticing,

And being here,

Take a breath in through the nose,

And let it go with a sigh,

And now let's take a little breath for energy,

We'll start with push-pull breath,

Two inhales through the nose,

And an exhale with a sigh,

It's like this,

We go,

In,

In,

Out,

Belly,

Chest,

Let it go,

Each breath in,

Bringing a little energy,

A little life into the body,

Each breath out,

Clearing,

Letting go,

For 4,

3,

2,

1,

Breath in,

Hold your breath,

Keep holding,

Maybe squeeze the pelvic floor,

Maybe squeeze the spine,

For 5,

For 3,

2,

1,

Breath out,

Let go,

Let's take our second energiser,

Bastrika,

Even focus on the inhale and the exhale,

In through the nose,

Out through the nose,

Like this,

In,

Out,

In,

Out,

If you want more,

Arms up,

Down,

Up,

Down,

In,

Out,

Keep it coming,

15 seconds in and out,

Activating the diaphragm,

Getting the ribcage working,

In,

Out,

For 4,

3,

2,

1,

Breath in,

Hold your breath,

Pause,

Suspend,

For 5,

Maybe get your lock,

Squeeze the pelvic floor,

Squeeze the spine,

For 3,

2,

1,

Breath out,

Let go,

Easy relaxed breath,

Just notice,

Let's take one more breath,

Kapalbhati,

Breathe out through the nose,

Snap the belly into the spine,

Like this,

Belly coming into the spine,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Left,

Up,

Nice and energetic,

15 seconds,

Let's go,

3,

2,

1,

Take a breath in,

Breath and be here and notice as you hold,

Maybe engaging your locks,

Your Bandhas,

Squeeze the belly button to the spine,

Uddiyana Bandha,

Lift the pelvic floor,

Mula Bandha,

And keep holding if you can,

For 5,

4,

3,

2,

Maybe a little top up sniff,

Easy relaxed breath,

Notice how you're feeling after your breath work,

Curiously exploring how the body feels,

How the mind feels,

How you are,

And taking a final minute,

Just to sit and breathe as you are,

Nothing to do,

Nowhere to be than just me,

Notice any intention you want to set for the day,

How do I want to be when I open my eyes,

Get up,

How do I want to speak to myself,

The world around and setting all of that,

Take a breath in and let it go with a sigh,

Thank you so much for joining,

Have a beautiful day
