And welcome to the space.

I hope that you're able to take some time today for what you may need.

Just want to invite you to take a moment as you settle in to allow yourself to relax a little deeper.

Just take a moment to notice your breathing.

No need to change it.

Just to observe its natural rhythm.

Bringing your awareness gently to right now.

Not five minutes ago,

Not later today,

But bringing your awareness just to here,

Just to this moment.

This moment and this time is a time that truly belongs to you.

So for our mindfulness practice today,

This is going to be a journey of time,

Of intention,

And how we can harness what truly matters to us in our moments.

And as we venture on this little journey together,

Just invite you to notice where you may feel any pressure,

Where you may feel any pressure of expectation in your body.

Just allowing yourself to gently breathe into those spaces.

You may find it helpful to place a hand on these areas,

Just allowing yourself to bring your presence into these spaces.

A gentle reflection to consider is what if time wasn't something to manage,

But something to settle into.

I invite you to allow that question to settle without needing to answer it yet.

And gently coming back to your breathing,

Staying with yourself,

Staying with this moment.

If you were to look honestly at where your time flows each day,

What would you see?

Are you spending your days on what matters to you,

Or in other ways that are not fully aligned for you?

And no judgment with these reflections,

Just holding gentle observation,

Noticing any discomfort that may arise.

Sometimes our discomfort can hold wisdom,

To be explored,

To be curious about.

And again inviting you to gently breathe into these spaces again.

I invite a gentle reflection on what you value most deeply,

Not what you were taught to value,

But what truly resonates in your heart.

If your time reflected your truest values,

What would change?

Connection,

Creativity,

Rest,

Growth,

Peace.

What calls to you personally?

We may find that our values in life are often not fixed,

They evolve as we do.

It can be an interesting journey to open up space and curiosity for this uncovering of what matters and what is truly important for us.

I invite you to stay with your breathing,

Stay with yourself,

Stay with this moment.

Sometimes it can be useful to consider if there's anything we are saying yes to,

That our heart may want to decline.

Or what quiet yes we may be postponing because it feels too bold,

Too scary,

Too uncertain.

Every time we say yes to something,

We say no to something else.

And the key to the invitation is to build alignment with our values.

Gently staying with what arises for you,

Being mindful of your breathing,

Being present with yourself in this moment.

When you look back on a season of your life,

What do you want to remember spending your time on?

What will feel true?

What matters enough to you to give your hours to?

What is it that you want to remember spending your time on?

It's allowing any insights to arise without forcing them.

Our lives are being built in these moments.

One choice,

One action,

One chapter at a time.

And as you stay with your breathing,

Stay with in this moment.

You may find it useful,

If desired,

To bring a hand to your heart and to focus on your heart space.

And to thank and acknowledge yourself for showing up today.

We cannot do everything,

But we can gently realign when we are starting to notice ourselves drifting off track from what is true to us.

It is the awareness that is key.

And what we can do is bring our intention to where we place our energy.

One intentional choice.

One intentional choice today is enough.

One moment of alignment with your values is how change gently begins.

I invite you now to consider if there may be an intention you would like to put forward for yourself.

And allowing yourself to come back into this present moment.

Gently coming back to your senses.

Opening up your eyes.

Allowing yourself to begin this moment with intention in your heart.
