Welcome to this mindfulness journey today.
This is going to be an invitation to discover purpose through care.
A space to explore connecting to your soul through the simple and powerful act of caring.
When faith feels lost,
When the world feels broken,
And when care becomes your reason for continuing to move forward.
So I invite you as we enter this practice today to take some time to settle into a comfortable position.
Allowing yourself to feel and be exactly as you are,
However you need in this moment.
Inviting your energy to ground and centre.
And in your own time to take a gentle inhale and exhale.
Start to feel yourself connected to nature the interconnectedness of life and all that you are a part of that is around you and start to notice the surface beneath you.
Feel yourself resting and grounding.
Into the surface that is holding you.
Invite your body to relax to release any tension.
And start to feel heaviness being released from your body,
Your mind,
Your heart.
Offer up to the sky.
And invite inner peace into your heart in this moment.
Invite and welcome space.
Into your heart in this moment.
I invite you to bring your awareness to this present moment and then gently to any pressure that you feel you may be carrying.
Just really tenderly recognising and honouring it.
Just thinking about where your faith has been tested in life recently.
Any ways in which you may feel motionally heavy.
And simply observing with really gentle and tender curiosity.
The invitation is to reflect on where you feel you may be losing or have lost faith.
In yourself,
Your spirit or in life.
It is okay to feel the despair,
The anger and the hopelessness.
It is okay to see clearly what has broken and to grieve it.
These feelings are clear signs of what matters to you.
And that you care.
I invite you to hold really gentle ease,
Understanding and tenderness with yourself in this moment.
And just to offer care and love to these parts of you.
That may need to be seen,
Heard and recognised.
Remaining with your breathing,
I invite you to ask yourself,
Where nothing else makes sense.
When certainty has crumbled what remains.
This is a journey of connecting to our meaning and spirituality through care.
Care only requires us to move forward through the act of caring itself.
And I invite you to consider what if care is the purpose.
To pour oneself.
Into caring for your own soul and this world deeply.
What if caring greatly is a reason to wake up and keep moving forward each day?
When we care,
We are not consuming the world,
We are creating within it.
When we care for something our life force is re-energized and we can become alive again.
When we find something to care for.
And to pour our creativity into.
Envision what it feels like and looks like to move through life.
With care as your foundation.
If you could choose anything.
What do you feel you might love to pour your care and focus and energy into?
I'm going to take a moment of silence to sit with and reflect upon this.
I invite you now to consider what is the connection between care and your soul.
Your soul is a part of you that knows how to care deeply,
Fiercely,
Authentically.
I invite you to consider what your soul wants to care about and pour itself into.
Not what you feel you should care about,
But what the deepest part of your soul longs to pour care and passion into in this lifetime.
It might be a space,
A community,
The earth,
A creative expression,
A project,
Yourself,
Others.
Feel how your soul comes alive when you're offered the chance to open up to this perspective of creation.
The chance for it to care about something again,
To feel passionate about something again,
To create again.
When we pour our care into something,
We are not only supporting that something,
But we are reconnecting to ourselves.
We're reconnecting to an ancient purpose within us and recognising our reason for life.
I invite you to consider the spiritual connection that can be found within the act of caring deeply.
Remaining connected and in flow with your breathing.
I invite you to allow yourself to consider,
Dream upon or to clearly name in your soul what you may choose to pour your care into in this lifetime.
And if it does not feel clear for you right now.
Just consider what it might feel like to find something to care about on this journey of life.
In a world of challenge.
When we choose to care for something deeply,
We are alive.
When we tend to it with care,
We are creating meaning.
When we move through each day with this care as our anchor,
We find reason even in the uncertainty.
Could you give your soul light?
By allowing it to care for something,
To tend to something,
To create something.
This is how change happens through deep,
Consistent soul level care.
I invite you to take a gentle inhale and exhale in your own time.
To pour care into the world we must also tend the soul that resides within us.
And so this practice of care is also caring for yourself your own spirit,
Your own heart,
Your own gen and I invite you to hold yourself with care in this very moment.
When you tend to your own soul.
A garden of possibility begins to flourish.
I invite you to imagine for a moment that garden.
Beginning to flourish.
Through how you tend.
To the inner world,
The inner garden of your soul.
And the life that it may begin to create.
Give space for,
Give home to.
To prosper.
And now from this place of care,
From this place of potential,
I invite you to send a wish out into humanity and the world.
And in your mind to make a wish for yourself and your own journey.
In your own time,
Take a gentle inhale and exhale.
May you invite an energy of care,
Purpose and spiritual connection into your being.
Thanking yourself for taking this time and space today.
Gently starting to invite yourself back into this moment.
Moving and slightly stretching your body just gently waking back up to the space around you Feeling yourself coming back into this moment grounded and at ease.
Feeling yourself settling into your senses and this space and when you're ready to come back into the present moment with openness in your heart and may you go well on this journey forward.
