This is a beautiful relaxation breathwork technique and this breathwork session is brought to you by AwakendBreath.
My name is Ben Holt and I'm excited to share this breathwork technique with you today.
Box Breathing is quite simple.
The technique is a four second inhale through the nose deep into the belly,
Chest and head.
A four second hold,
A four second exhale and a four second hold.
All you have to do here is follow along with my breath and I will guide you through this breathing practice.
I invite you to get nice and comfortable whether you're sitting down or lying down either is great.
But go ahead and get into a nice comfortable position.
Great.
Now that you're ready,
I invite you to take a deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out.
One more time.
Deep breath in and sigh it out.
Following my breath.
Deep breath in.
Two,
Three,
Four and hold.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Release.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold.
Two,
Three,
Four.
Three,
Four.
Release.
Two,

Four.
Hold.
Two,
Inhale.
Continue at this pace.
And release.
Inhale.
