Many people struggling with sleep start to feel afraid of bedtime. You may dread lying awake, worry about how tomorrow will feel, or find yourself trying harder and harder to force sleep to happen. Over time, sleep can begin to feel stressful instead of natural. This course is designed to help you gently rebuild trust in your ability to sleep again. Inspired by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), the most effective evidence-based treatment for chronic sleep difficulties, this course combines practical sleep education with guided nervous system support. Inside, you’ll find: * 7 short sleep lessons * 7 guided meditations and practices * practical tools to improve sleep naturally * support for calming nighttime anxiety and racing thoughts * strategies to help retrain the brain and body for restful sleep You’ll learn how to: * strengthen your natural sleep drive * work with your circadian rhythm instead of against it * stop over-monitoring sleep * reduce pressure and anxiety around bedtime * retrain your mind to reconnect bed with sleep * respond differently to middle-of-the-night waking * build confidence in your body’s ability to rest Each lesson is paired with a guided practice designed to help your nervous system experience safety, relaxation, and trust not just intellectually understand the concepts. This is not a rigid 7-day program. You’re encouraged to move slowly, repeating lessons and meditations as needed. Many people benefit from spending several days with each practice before moving on. By the end of the course, you’ll have a deeper understanding of why sleep becomes disrupted, along with evidence-based tools to support more consistent, natural rest. Most importantly, you’ll begin shifting out of the cycle of fear and frustration around sleep and back toward trust.
CBT-I inspired lessons and meditations to retrain your sleep rhythm naturally.
