Welcome to this short guided meditation for grounding yourself,

This is a gentle exercise designed to help you refocus on yourself,

Your center and your inner balance.

Start by finding a comfortable position in a safe and quiet space,

Free from distractions,

This space is just for you,

No one else is allowed here right now,

Everything else can wait.

In this moment the most important thing is you,

Your breath,

Your inner peace,

Your balance and well-being.

Whatever part of the day you are in right now,

If you have chosen to listen to this,

It means you are ready for a reset,

So let's begin.

If you haven't done so already,

Gently close your eyes and notice how this simple action begins to reconnect you with your inner self.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and exhale through your mouth,

Again,

Breathe in deeply and out.

One more time,

A full,

Nourishing inhale and let it go with a soft exhale.

Now I invite you to reflect on your day.

Look back as if you are gently scanning through it and notice if there are any unprocessed feelings,

Thoughts or moments still lingering in your mind or body,

Perhaps it was a call,

A message,

A conversation,

Something you saw or read that captured your attention,

Maybe it was something that stirred an emotion but you didn't have the chance to fully acknowledge at the time.

Take a moment now to identify these things,

Notice them without judgement,

Simply mark them in your awareness,

Then ask yourself,

Does this deserve my energy,

Does it truly matter to me,

If it does,

Keep it,

If it doesn't,

Allow yourself to let it go.

You are in control of what stays with you and what doesn't.

Take another deep breath in and exhale.

Now let's do the opposite,

Look back and notice where your energy and focus may have been into places that didn't serve you,

Moments when you felt drained,

Distracted,

Out of balance,

Acknowledge these moments with compassion and understandings,

There's no need for blame,

Simply notice them so you can release their hold on you.

As you reflect,

Gently bring yourself back to your centre,

Imagine all those scattered pieces of your energy returning to you like a warm light filling you from within.

Take another deep breath in and let it out.

You are here,

You are whole,

You are in control.

Now that you have regained your focus and balance,

You can move forward with intention instead of reaction.

You know what matters,

You know what deserves your energy and what doesn't.

When you are ready,

Open your eyes,

Carry this clarity and calmness with you into the rest of your day.

You deserve it.
