Take a moment to arrive,

Allowing your body to be exactly where it already is.

Notice the places where you're supported,

The surface beneath you,

The quiet fact of gravity doing its work.

This moment can be trusted.

Let your breath move in its own way,

Finding its own honest rhythm.

Sacred presence is something that emerges naturally.

It is the aliveness that appears as the body rests,

Neither pushing nor holding back.

See if your body can sense that listening is already happening.

Open,

Unhurried,

And complete.

Bring your attention gently to the center of your chest,

Simply noticing sensation,

Warmth,

Neutrality,

Or whatever is present.

What's here is enough.

Allow awareness to widen into the belly,

The back of the body,

And the space around you.

Let yourself take up space,

Fully supported.

Somewhere in the body,

There may be a quiet sense of aliveness,

A subtle hum of being alive.

If you notice it,

You can stay with it gently.

If not,

This moment is still complete.

Sacred presence welcomes sensation as it arises in its own time.

Alignment happens as effort softens.

If ever it appears,

A wish to feel,

Open,

Or relax.

Allow it to ease.

Notice what remains as ease settles in.

There is a quiet intelligence in your body that knows how to move in harmony.

The breath already knows how to breathe.

Now allow a few breaths to pass in silence.

As this practice settles,

Know that sacred presence continues as a way of being.

With yourself,

With others,

With life.

It remains available whenever listening deepens and ease returns.

When you're ready,

Allow gentle movement back into the body or let your eyes open softly.
