Allow yourself to relax even more and even more as you exhale.
The invitation now is to melt so deeply if you're sitting up and you find yourself at any moment wanting to lie down you can do this.
This meditation today is a real deep access into the void like nature.
This is a place where we lose control of everything as we deeply fall into a surrender.
Your mind relaxes so fully,
Your thoughts relax until you feel like you're accessing the space in between your thoughts.
Where there is a thought there is a gap between the other thought and right now you're able to access the area between your thoughts.
As you breathe in and as you exhale you're able to access the place in between your breath.
See the gaps between both your breathing and your thoughts until there are no more thoughts only the space in between your breath that you can feel.
Your mind relaxes even more,
Your thoughts begin to melt away completely until all you can feel is the space in between your breath.
There are two ways in between your breath.
These take you somewhere really really deep.
Somewhere where you feel your body relaxes even more and more and more until you cannot even lift your hands or arms up.
Until it feels even impossible to move your body.
Keep going to the space in between your breath.
In this space there is no name,
There is no identity,
There is nothing at all.
You don't know who you are,
Where you're going,
Where you've come from.
All you feel is this incredible,
Exquisite melting.
Melt into the void like nature at the center of everything.
The center of your atoms,
The center of your cells like black hole energy absorbing every single thing.
Like the black hole at the center of our galaxy,
Absorbing everything,
Even light.
Relax into it,
Surrender into it.
It feels like you're being swallowed by the void.
Relax into it,
Melt into it.
Fully surrender here.
Your past dissolves,
Your future dissolves,
Everything is dissolved.
Even the light of your soul is swallowed until all there is is your breathing.
The spaces between your breath expanding,
Going deeper and deeper into the gaps.
You can feel the gentle hum and oom of your cells.
Like the same frequency,
The hum of the black hole.
Give yourself surrender.
This quality that comes from the center of the galaxy at the center of your cells.
This exquisite nothingness that pours through you completely.
To become you and you've surrendered to this.
And from the void you can now drink this power that begins to become now the force that animates your life.
To become a creator with the void energy at the center of everything that you do means you are a being of tremendous power.
A being of tremendous power.
This sweet hum is the note deep inside your bones and cells as life itself now has hold of you.
Your vessel is in a way taken by the force of life itself.
This void and life energy is a tremendous power now that surges through your body as you begin to awaken into the creator that you are with the mystery and the black hole at the center of your inner galaxy.
Dissolving all your ideals,
Dissolving everything you think you should be and allowing something even deeper to take hold of you.
Your true power and authentic self.
