Hello and welcome to this guided meditation,
Allowing yourself to relax into a comfortable position.
You may wish to sit up or lie down and allowing your breath to flow in slowly,

Relaxing more and more and more.
You may wish to exhale with your mouth gently open and even releasing a sigh.
As we enter into this Ussat or Isis meditation,
Ussat in ancient Egypt was considered to be a great mother.
She is a mother,
A force of nature that encompasses magic and authority and deep in her knowing,
She is devotion,
She is utter devotion to love.
Ussat in all her love and devotion was able to resurrect her beloved Ussar or Osiris after he had been dismembered and cut up into many pieces by another force of nature called Seth,
Seth,
Destruction and chaos.
Now this story is a beautiful representation of when we feel scattered,
Torn apart by life and circumstances that with devotion we have the power to bring ourselves back again to oneness,
To rise,
To resurrect,
To be born again.
So continuing to breathe and feel,
Ussat is feelings,
Feelings.
Melting more and more into the water of your body,
Into your feelings.
She governs water,
Tears,
Blood,
Our DNA,
Our memory,
Feelings.
And feel now in this moment anywhere where you may feel a heaviness or part of you that is a little bit scattered,
Maybe confused by something unsure,
There may be anxiety,
There may simply be a sense of being a little disconnected from the great remembrance of being one with creator,
Whatever it is,
Feel it.
The yearning,
The longing to become one with creator.
The longing to return to a space,
A place where there never was separation,
Forgetfulness.
The longing to melt into the great ocean of love.
The longing to be made love to by existence.
Be in a state of ecstasy.
Breathing now into the heart and exhale if there's anything that's heavy on the heart or if there's intense longing.
Give it sound,
Give it vibration,
Give it life.
It is in the longing,
There is devotion,
There is power.
This power is the deepest form of power,
A power that longs to unite with your core creator and divinity.
This power when felt and given space gives rise to your sovereignty,
To your leadership and authority,
A divine authority.
Ustad's story is one of many tears and heartbreak for it is within the feeling of separation and in the tears that power can rise to give birth to your soul in the world,
To give birth to your power.
Allowing this heart of yours,
Precious heart,
To be felt,
To be seen,
To be acknowledged.
With every exhale,
Surrender.
Surrender.
In Ustad's world there is no control,
There is surrender.
Surrender.
Until she's on her knees in surrender,
To rise in true power.
Keep surrendering and slowly any control will begin to dissolve drop by drop.
Any control.
True power can never be controlled.
Surrender.
Surrender.
To give yourself so fully to the divine.
To be danced by the divine.
Feeling these wings of Ustad surround you,
A golden black wing holding you as darkness and light holds you.
Life and death holds you.
The mystery holds you in sweet embrace.
Ustad is the ruler of magic,
True magic that has rised from true power,
From the core and the depth of your being.
Infused with devotion and with love.
Allow yourself to feel that embrace as you go into your day or into your night.
Continue to feel this embrace.
