Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Allow yourself to enjoy some nice deep breaths in,
Breathe in,
Breathe out,
Arriving into this very present moment.
The day melts away.
Your impressions of the day melt away.
All there is is this moment here and now,
You breathing and feeling your sensations pulsing through your body.
As you relax even deeper,
Imagine yourself with your eyes gently closing,
Closing,
Closing again and again.
As you go deeper,
Imagining yourself as if you are gently submerged in water,
As if you're floating on water.
And now take a nice gentle breath and on the exhale you find yourself floating under the water.
You can breathe beautifully here,
You can breathe naturally.
As you go under the water,
You feel very comfortable,
Very familiar,
As if you've been here many times before.
Allow your body to sink into this beautiful clear water.
Maybe you sink deeper down,
Whatever feels natural,
Whatever feels good to you.
And as you sink even deeper and deeper and deeper,
What arises in your mind's eye are deep memories,
Memories of your past.
In this deep water,
Your awareness goes to significant memories that have really shaped who you are in the world,
Have shaped how you do things and respond to things in the world.
As you keep floating down deeper,
Relaxing deeper,
Deeper down,
A memory arises,
One that comes.
It may surprise you what you see of something significant that shaped you.
And as you go deeper,
The intention now is to welcome a memory,
A memory that is very,
Very significant.
One that has written a script for your life and it is very likely to be from the age you were born until the age of five.
Something happened,
Something that began the script of your life and a script,
Perhaps,
That isn't in a way a script of joy and ease and comfort and abundance.
Instead,
It feels more like a script maybe of scarcity or fear.
A script that isn't really who you are.
What happened?
Just allow that memory to float inside of you.
It might start a little bit hazy,
But slowly it becomes clearer and clearer and clearer.
And you can hear something.
What was said in that moment that shaped you?
Who said it?
What happened?
What was said?
Maybe it was a parent that said,
There's not enough of this,
Don't do that.
Maybe it was,
You're bad,
You're not deserving of love,
Was what you felt.
Maybe it was,
Leave me alone,
Go away,
Whatever it is,
Whatever it is,
Hear it.
What are the words that were said that you took on and wrote in the book of your life as the opening script that shapes your identity?
And allowing another memory to float up inside of you.
Another memory.
A memory that is connected to the script,
But a different incident.
What was said?
What happened?
Allow it to gently come into your awareness.
What was said?
What happened?
Allow it to gently come into your awareness.
Maybe it's,
You're annoying,
Or we don't have enough.
You can't have that,
There's not enough.
We're broke,
Whatever it is.
Something shaped your relationship to yourself,
To joy,
To abundance and to ease.
What happened?
Keep breathing through this.
Just welcoming,
Observe these emotions,
Observe these memories.
And now my dear,
Allowing different memories,
Different words to float in and see how they connect like dots,
One to another,
One to another.
One to another,
One line,
One script written in many different ways.
Your breakups,
Your disappointments,
The things that you keep experiencing again and again and again,
What is that red thread that weaves through your life?
Maybe it's scarcity.
Maybe it's around money.
Maybe it's around your health.
Again and again.
Maybe it's around relationships and disappointments.
Maybe it's about how you see yourself again and again.
You're not kind to yourself.
See the main thread,
Many incidences,
One story line.
Just become aware of it.
Breathe,
Feel,
See,
Listen.
And now my dear,
With one of your hands,
I would like you to imagine you're lifting up a pen.
And at the back of this pen is a rubber eraser.
And now turn that pen to the rubber and just imagine yourself erasing the script from your book of life.
And as you erase it,
You see this red thread that weaves the story.
Just imagine,
Really lift up your hand now.
And in the sky,
Just erase.
Keep your eyes closed if you wish.
And erase it all the way to the first page.
And now on this very fresh new page,
It is in a way like a magical eraser.
It erases it till it's completely clear.
On this first page,
Take that pen,
Turn it around.
See what color ink you have,
Or maybe it's a pencil.
And you may start this story.
Perhaps you wish to write,
This is the story of my life.
This is the new story of my life.
It is a story of love,
Of ease,
And of abundance.
It is a story of love,
Of ease,
And of abundance.
It is light of heart,
Light as a feather.
And in this story,
Now imagine the first words that become the golden thread through your life.
Well,
You can go back in time and shift things.
You are a powerful,
Powerful manifester.
It is all energy,
It is all intention.
Now in this very moment,
Take that pen and write.
Choose the words that make your heart feel as light as a feather.
If it was a story in your life of scarcity,
Or of sickness,
Or of abandonment,
You may wish to write something of new themes that support your well-being.
So if your story was of scarcity,
This life I choose is one of health.
I love my body.
I love my body.
My body is intelligent,
And diseased shows me how to live.
My body is intelligent,
And diseased shows me the way to go deeper into myself.
And now I choose health and well-being,
For example.
Or in relationships,
Heartbreak and disappointment only brings me back closer to myself.
I am an incredible being of love,
And I have so much to give.
My past does not determine my future.
It only gives me depth and wisdom.
I choose loving,
Committed,
Harmonious relationship.
Take some time now to feel your script.
And as you write it,
Feel it in your bones,
Feel your cells vibrating.
Remember you're still surrounded by crystal water.
The water's frequency is crystal.
Your body is responding to this cellularly.
The water in your body is changing.
The crystals are changing right now.
And if you feel you can place this sweet book of life into one of your pockets or keep it held close to you,
Remembering you can always go back to your book of life.
And I encourage you to really write this down on a piece of paper or in your journal.
And now my dear,
As you are in this sweet crystalline water,
Inviting you now to slowly make your way up,
Up.
Coming up,
Up,
All the way up to the surface.
And as you rise up from the water,
Take a nice deep breath in and a deep exhale.
Another deep inhale and a deep exhale.
And one final deep,
Deep inhale.
And one big,
Beautiful exhale.
Returning to this very present moment.
And when you're ready,
