Welcome,
Dear,
To this guided meditation during the Lion's Gate.
You are invited to get into a comfortable position.
You can either lie down or sit up for this.
And begin some soft and slow deep breathing into your belly as you do so.
With every inhale,
Allow your belly to become soft and round.
And with every exhale,
Release any tension in your face,
Jaw,
Shoulders,
Chest,
Pelvic floor.
Beginning to release with every exhale any tension in the body whatsoever.
And you're welcome to bring a sound to this.
With every exhale,
Releasing a The Lion's Gate is a powerful period of time in the year.
To deeply align with who you are and all that you hold true in your heart.
The values that you wish to base your life upon.
The powers that you integrate.
The steps that you take day by day ensuring that you live your life in alignment with your essence,
Your passion,
Your desires,
And all that is true to your heart and soul.
So I invite you now to close your eyes if you haven't already.
As we begin a journey,
Imagining that you are standing in the midst of a desert.
The sun is blazing in the sky and there is a wind blowing soft and warm around your face.
Your feet are in the sand.
Warm grains of sand caressing the soles of your feet.
As you look in front of you,
You see an ancient temple looming in the distance.
Begin your walk towards this temple.
Every step firm and steady on the ground and as you come to the gate of this temple,
You see on either side two columns surrounded by the blue lily or blue lotus flower.
On the door is engraved a massive lioness's face and you recognize her as Sekhmet,
The powerful protective mother.
You gently open this door to find yourself in a courtyard with a pool of cool and refreshing water.
And inside this pool of water lie many blue lotus,
Blue lily flowers creating an atmosphere of such ambience and beauty and sacredness.
You see a cushion on the side of this pool and you are drawn to sit there.
As you slowly move towards this cushion,
You notice a relieving coolness despite the heat of day outside.
You sit by the blue lotus and as you look around the space,
You see a statue of Sekhmet in the corner,
Her eyes gazing directly towards you,
The fierce and protective mother with a soft and generous heart.
Feel her essence surround you as you gently close your eyes in this meditation and begin to go inwards.
Diving into the waters of your body,
Diving into your own emotional vibration body of feelings.
And the question is,
What do you hold sacred to your heart?
What do you protect at all costs within yourself?
What deeply matters to you?
And feel that.
Your purity,
Your innocence.
Allow that to be felt.
What do you protect with your fierce love within you?
What would you die for to protect inside of you?
This is the power of Sekhmet.
Keep going deeper to the most sacred parts of your own nature,
Your soul,
Your essence.
Welcoming the power of this protective quality,
The fierceness,
The loyalty to the sacred.
Taking deep breaths into your solar plexus,
Into your power center.
What would you die for?
What do you hold so sacred in your life that you could never sell it?
You could never just give it away.
It is not for exchange.
It is so deeply precious to your soul and to your nature.
And feel that quality as the most innocent part of your being,
The most pure,
The most light.
And perhaps as you feel this,
You will notice the parts that sometimes give away your power in need for survival or recognition or approval.
The parts that at moments of desperation in life will seek to exchange,
Barter.
And allow those parts to be felt,
To be witnessed,
To be held.
And bring those parts into an energetic alignment,
Into what you hold most true and dear and sacred to your heart and soul.
And know that that is the source of all power,
All enrichment and everything you will ever need to thrive in life.
Welcoming those parts with tenderness,
The parts that yearn to be loved,
The parts that seduce,
The parts that give away.
And welcome back your power in the most softest,
Tender and fiercest way possible.
Bring these parts home now to your being.
And as you welcome home more and more of your power integrated with the most purest and innocent parts of your being,
The invitation now is to gently chant.
You can do this silently or you can say it out loud.
SAH SAHYAM SAHU SAH SAHYAM SAHU SAH which is protection,
SAHYAM your power and your energy,
Your life force.
And SAHU all the spiritual body that integrates your life force with the power of protection.
SAH SAHYAM SAHU SAH SAHYAM SAHU SAH SAHYAM SAHU SAH SAHYAM SAHU And as you chant,
Feeling this soft power coming home into your solar plexus and into your heart,
You will always be provided for in terms of love and material life.
This alignment,
This attunement,
This homecoming is the source of everything you've ever wanted and everything you ever need,
Staying true to the sacred core and to the divine within.
Allowing everything else to melt into this vortex of power.
SAH SAHYAM SAHU SAH SAHYAM SAHU And as you breathe and as you chant,
Feel the body relax and on this lion's gate,
Remember that what you truly seek and desire is found in the core part of your being.
Give yourself space,
Space,
Endless space.
Relax the mind and create spaciousness in the sanctuary of your mental body.
Relax your heart and create spaciousness in your emotional body and relax into the body.
Create space in your physical activity.
All you need is the spaciousness to come home into your own power.
So what is it that can drop away now,
The excess,
The added stimulation,
The unneeded extra and keep it simple,
Returning to a space of utter simplicity within your being.
Keep it simple,
Power,
Abundance,
Prosperity,
Love,
Relationship.
Expand in the space and feel from this space how the blue lotus essence begins to blossom inside of you.
The Nefertum child,
The divine child that doesn't need much but space,
Awareness,
A loving nourishing environment and a connection to the core of all that is real and true.
Letting go of the glamour,
Letting go of all the excess stimulation,
Bringing it home to what's real and true.
And perhaps there is a soft hum,
A sound that you begin to hum on your lips to bring this sitting into a closure,
A humming sound,
A soft vibration connecting your solar plexus to your mouth and to your lips.
Dua Sehmet,
Sa Ank Em Maat Praise Sehmet,
May I live in truth.
Dua Sehmet,
Sa Ank Em Maat May we continue to live in Maat,
May we continue to live in all that is true and simple,
Beautiful and sacred.
Dua Sehmet,
Ank Unjab Seneb May we live in health,
Prosperity,
Stability and power.
And as we bring this meditation to a close,
You may softly and gently stir from your sitting position.
As we begin in the meditation to rise and you will exit this beautiful temple,
Thanking the lotus,
Thanking Sehmet and gently as you move out of that door,
Returning into your body,
Into this room,
Into your present environment,
Taking nice deep breaths to return,
To come back and smile,
Smile,
Smile at everything that is here,
Smiling for all that you have and for all the gifts that is life.
