Welcome my dear to this guided meditation of the 12 gates.

This is a journey into an underworld.

This is the journey into the death portal.

This is a journey of death and resurrection.

It is important that you are uninterrupted in this time,

That you have space to be alone and that you can journey through completely till the end.

If you have anything that will disturb you throughout that you know of,

Please find a way to prevent this or to stop and find a future moment today or tomorrow where you can do this meditation uninterrupted.

Please do not begin this guided meditation and leave in the middle.

It is important that you journey till the end.

You may also wish to use a blindfold or something to create more darkness and seclusion inside of you.

If you have one,

You may wish to pause now and go get it.

It could also just be a scarf you put around your eyes.

You do not need a blindfold or scarf to do this.

If you have one,

This journey of the 12 gates was a very important preparation for the ancient life in Egypt to prepare them for their journey to death.

Remember this is a journey through the body of the Great Mother to be swallowed and reborn again.

If you find yourself at any moment throughout this meditation feeling a lot,

Maybe experiencing a lot,

Maybe your sensations are heightened,

Then allow yourself to always gently breathe throughout.

You do not need to force or push anything to happen here.

Relax as if you are going into a beautiful deep dream and yet you are awakening in your dream.

It is best that you don't fall asleep if you can and yet if you find yourself drifting off at moments,

Trust that.

You can always come back to this meditation and do it over and over again if you wish.

Although I encourage you now to really go through this one time right now full heartedly.

Really come to this meditation as if it were coming to a very special event or ceremony or a moment that could transform something deep inside of you.

Get comfortable and let's begin.

Allowing yourself now to enjoy some deep ingoing breaths,

Deep inhale,

Deep exhale.

With every exhale I encourage you and invite you to imagine you're releasing every single weight of your life.

As you exhale you release all responsibilities for this moment,

You release all tensions,

Worries,

Any pressure at all for you to do or be anything.

As you inhale,

You expand your heart open,

Preparing yourself.

As you exhale,

You release everything that you are,

Everything that you need,

Come here now empty.

To really make space in your body and heart right now to begin.

If you find your body is feeling like it wants to move,

Give it some nice deep stretches so that when you arrive at the 12 gates you can lie in stillness.

And I'd like you for a moment now to imagine you're saying goodbye to yourself,

You're saying goodbye to who you are,

Who you were.

Say goodbye to yourself with a gentle loving heart.

Say goodbye to your life,

Say goodbye to all the things you've loved about your life,

All the beings that you love.

Saying goodbye to everything that you care for.

As you prepare to gently and slowly move towards the gates,

It is very important that you deeply feel a sense of transition.

So maybe as you close your eyes even more and more imagining yourself closing your eyes again and again and again inside.

If you want to you could also put on your blindfold if you haven't already.

As your eyes inside close again and again.

And you may even turn as if you're turning inside with your awareness towards yourself.

And you can just gently and lovingly say goodbye to everything that was your life as you knew it to be.

Keep breathing deeply.

And as you turn around now again inside your internal world,

You see as you've said goodbye to your past lingering now on the horizon is a setting sun.

And I'd like you now to bring your awareness to the setting sun as if you are the setting sun about to set into the mystery into the underworld into darkness.

And this underworld now imagining as you are the sun that the great mother is swallowing you down down into the underworld.

As you find yourself being swallowed by the great mother,

You as the setting sun is being swallowed now down down down into her mouth.

This is the beginning now as you wake up in the underworld.

You see yourself now on the other side as we begin the journey with the first gate.

Here,

My dear,

We begin at the gate of two lions.

Here,

My dear,

Is where we begin the descent gently down her arms all the way into her mouth.

And now I encourage you to release the sound as you gently open your internal mouth to begin the journey deeper.

So you can simply release a hum.

Or maybe you even release some sound.

And attuning the sound of your heart to the sound of your being connecting now to everything that you love that is pure and beautiful.

Allow your heart to release the sound to connect to its body in the stars.

This sound helps you know that you are now connected to something that is pure and beautiful.

This sound helps you navigate the underworld.

So making a few more sounds now like a sonic wave towards your body in the stars.

As you move through the first gate,

You are given the power of sound to navigate.

Allow yourself to sound,

To sing.

Give yourself now some minutes to sound your note.

To the stars.

And as you sound your note,

You see yourself entering a gateway.

Standing at either side are the two lions.

These lions are here to protect you.

They're here to give you strength.

As you are being swallowed now deeper by the great mother,

You find yourself moving down all the way into her lips and her teeth.

You are being sent now through the first gate into the second gate.

The lady of trembling,

The gate of two falcons.

Here you see yourself lying in a very deadly sleep.

There is a surrender to your lifeless form and however your body is right now.

Imagine almost like you cannot move even a single muscle.

You are completely lifeless in your body.

Here you can begin to see all the parts that you inside of you have punished for being as you are.

The parts of you that were unaccepted.

You may see around you beings that look like they're being punished and remember this is now the moment where you forgive yourself for everything that has happened.

Deeply now inside your heart forgive yourself that everything that was your life.

You did everything you could.

You did everything you could.

For only in this forgiveness are you given the power to go deeper.

If you cannot forgive yourself,

You may fight to leave this gate.

You are now asked to really look into your heart at all the parts now that you have punished for being who you are.

Remembering you were innocent.

You are innocent.

There's nothing you need to punish you anymore.

No guilt,

No fear,

No shame.

Allow that now my dear to be gone.

Forgive yourself on every level.

You are innocent.

You are pure.

As from this deep darkness as you're being swallowed,

Two hawks begin to rise up from a deep darkness.

And as they rise up,

You feel like you can breathe easier.

As you are given the power to see now in the darkness,

You are given the power to navigate in the darkness.

For now,

As the two hawks rise up,

You are given the strength to move.

The air gives you permission to breathe.

And you really feel your lungs being opened by breath.

Learn to navigate in the underworld.

It is as if you are now diving in the underworld like a deep ocean or like floating through space.

Get accustomed now to the different pressures,

The different sensations of being out of your ordinary comfort zone.

You can feel how your bones are reunited with your inner mind,

And you are offered offerings or you now receive the offerings to retrieve your true sight that connects with your bones.

And as you are swallowed deeper,

You move through the lips and the teeth of the great mother sliding towards the back of the tongue and the beginning of the throat.

And we enter now the gate of four falcons.

The gate of who she lights the fire.

And you're guided here by Maat and by Ra and by the great.

Here in this gateway,

There is intense heat and flames.

There is a lot of fire and you begin to feel the heat burning all around you and the different pressure of the underworld and the fiery heat.

The only way to move through this gateway is that your soul now must confirm his power,

In order to pass through this gate,

They cannot stop you anymore.

There is a stirring inside of you,

In the breasts of Nut you find the sweetness that makes you want to live in sweetness and pleasure and love and everything that is innocent and beautiful about life.

You may still find a part of you that is still a little bit lacking movement inside,

A part of you that wants life and yet the parts of the distractions and all those things keep weighing.

As long as you keep breathing,

You will be born.

There is no fear of being swallowed into the nothingness.

You have a choice now.

So anywhere where you feel a denial in your body that you can do this,

That you are worthy of fully transforming,

Allow yourself to feel that denial,

This is real.

Transformation on all levels in your life is possible.

This is a place where you have the capacity to manifest power through sexual power.

The process of your own mummification is complete as you lift yourself out of any bondages as if you are being released of any mummification.
