Let your shoulders drop like they're melting into your pillow 9.
Feel your arms and legs begin to get soft and heavy like they're sinking into a cloud 8.

Wrapping you up like a cozy blanket.

Start by bringing your attention to the top of your head.
Imagine a little spark of warm light there.
This feels so gentle,
Like the sun shining through the leaves of a tree As it moves down your forehead,
Your eyebrows soften,
Your cheeks relax.
And even your jaw lets go of any tightness.
Now let that light move down your neck and your shoulders feel it melting away any heaviness like snow melting in the sun your shoulders feel soft and free The light travels down your arms,
Reaching your elbows,
Your wrists,
And all the way to your fingers.
Your arms feel warm and heavy as if they're resting in a pool of golden water Next,
The light flows to your chest and your heart It's like a gentle hug from the inside,
Reminding you how much you are loved and how special you are.
Feel it move to your tummy,
Where it softens and calms everything there,
Like a gentle wave rolling in and out.
Now the light travels to your legs It flows down to your knees,
Your ankles,
And all the way to your toes.
Your legs feel heavy and relaxed.
Like they are lying on a soft patch of moss in a magical forest.
Your whole body is now glowing with this warm,
Peaceful light and you are ready to step into the magical world.
Imagine yourself standing at the edge of a magical forest.
The trees are tall and glowing with tiny lights like stars in the branches.
The air smells sweet,
Like flowers after the rain.
You hear the soft rustling of leaves and the cheerful songs of birds.
As you step inside,
The forest seems to come alive just for you.
The grass beneath your feet feels soft,
Like the fluffiest carpet,
And it sparkles as you walk.
You notice butterflies as bright as rainbows fluttering around you,
As if they are saying hello.
Suddenly,
You see a little light moving through the trees.
It's glowing and twinkling like a star that's come down from the sky.
It gets closer and you see that it's not just a light,
It's a fairy.
She has delicate shimmering wings and her dress sparkles like sunlight on the water.
She smiles at you and says in the softest,
Kindest voice,
I've been waiting for you.
Come with me.
I want to show you something very special.
You take her tiny hand,
And as soon as you do,
You feel a warm,
Happy glow inside,
Like you've just made a new best friend.
The ferry leads you deeper into the forest.
Where the trees seem to glow brighter with every step.
She shows you flowers that sparkle like jewels.
And streams that sing little songs as they flow.
You see deer with silvery coats and birds that look like they're painted with gold.
As you walk,
The fairy tells you that this forest is magical because it reflects the beauty of the people who visit it.
Everything you see here,
She says,
Is a reflection of the light and magic inside you.
She takes you to a clearing where the sky opens up.
And you see a rainbow stretching from one side of the forest to the other.
The fairy explains,
This rainbow is here because of you.
It appears whenever someone as special as you walks through the forest.
You feel a warm glow in your chest as she says this.
You realize that this magical place feels so alive and beautiful because it's connected to your heart.
The fairy stops by a sparkling pool of water.
She says,
This is the mirror of truth.
It will show you who you really are When you look into the water,
You don't just see your reflection,
You see yourself surrounded by a golden light shining brighter than the sun.
The fairy looks to you and says,

The fairy gives you a tiny glowing crystal.
