Join Bramble, the littlest troll in the forest, on a heartwarming adventure that proves even the smallest among us can do great things. In this gentle bedtime meditation, children will be guided into a world of magic, courage, and self-discovery as they listen to Bramble’s story. Through calming narration and soothing relaxation techniques, this meditation helps little ones settle down for the night while instilling a message of confidence and inner strength. As they drift off to sleep, they’ll be reminded that size does not determine bravery and that they, too, have the power to shine in their own special way.

Good evening,

Take a deep breath in,

And slowly let it out,

Just like the wind sighing through the trees,

Feel the softness of the air around you,

Let your body start to relax with each breath.

Another deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Imagine the soft glow of fireflies twinkling all around you,

Lighting up the path ahead.

These tiny lights are here to guide you,

To show you the way to your peaceful,

Cozy dreams.

Get comfortable now,

And close your eyes.

I'd like you to picture a hidden world,

Far from the hustle and bustle,

Where only the gentlest creatures live.

Picture a village high in the branches of the tallest tree,

Where the air smells sweet with fresh moss and wildflowers.

You are in Tanglewood Hollow,

A village like no other,

Where the friendliest,

Tiniest trolls make their homes.

In this village,

Every house is carved into the trunk of a mighty oak,

The windows glowing softly like stars.

There are tiny rope bridges that sway with the breeze,

Connecting homes nestled in the branches.

The trolls here wear cloaks made of soft leaves,

Held together by little acorn buttons,

And carrying lanterns shaped like mushrooms,

Glowing with a gentle golden light.

Everything in Tanglewood Hollow is warm and cozy.

The air is filled with the scent of glowing flowers,

And the sound of rustling leaves is the perfect lullaby to fall asleep to.

And in the coziest little nook of the village lives Pipkin,

But everyone calls him Pip.

Pip is the tiniest troll of all in Tanglewood Hollow,

With bright twinkling eyes and fluffy hair that bounces like dandelion fluff.

While all the other trolls move easily across the swaying bridges and carrying their glowing lanterns,

Pip has to take extra big steps just to keep up.

But Pip never minds,

Because Pip knows something very special.

Being small doesn't mean you can't do big things.

Pip has the heart of an adventurer.

He is always peeking behind tree roots,

Lifting up fallen leaves,

And chasing fireflies through the meadows.

He is always searching for hidden wonders,

But there is one thing that Pip loves most of all,

Helping others.

One evening,

Just as the stars began to twinkle above Tanglewood Hollow and the village settled in for sleep,

Pip heard something unusual,

A soft trembling sound.

It's a little whimper,

A sniffle.

Pip stops in his tracks,

His ears perking up,

His heart beats faster.

He follows the sound,

His tiny feet tapping lightly on the soft forest floor.

He moves past a gentle glow of mushroom lanterns and approaches the edge of the village,

Where he finds a little troll curled up under a mushroom.

It's Bramble,

The smallest troll next to Pip,

His best friend.

Bramble's leaf cloak is tightly wrapped around him and his tiny shoulders shake.

Pip asks,

Bramble,

What's wrong?

Bramble,

I had a bad dream,

He whispered.

His voice barely a tremble,

And now I can't stop feeling scared.

Pip nods gently,

He understands.

Sometimes,

When you wake up from a scary dream or have too many worries,

They can feel like big heavy things.

It's hard to shake off the fear,

And it feels like it fills up all the space inside you.

But Pip knows a way to make those worries smaller.

Close your eyes,

Pip says softly,

His voice warm,

And take a deep breath with me.

Take a deep breath in,

Feel your body rise like a soft floating leaf in the breeze.

Hold it for a moment,

Just letting the air fill your body.

And now,

Slowly breathe out,

Imagining that your worries and fears are blowing away,

Like leaves caught in the wind,

Carried far,

Far away.

Let them float away,

Light as a feather.

Another deep breath in,

Feel the air fill you up,

As it's a soft warm glowing light from the inside out.

Let it fill your heart with calm,

And feel all the muscles in your body begin to relax.

Please slowly breathe out again,

And let your body sink deeper into relaxation,

Like a cozy blanket wrapping around you,

Keeping you safe and warm.

Pip gently places his hand on Bramble's shoulders,

Offering warmth and comfort.

He smiles as he sees Bramble's breath slowing down.

He can tell that the deep breaths are helping.

Any better?

He asks with a soft smile.

A little,

Bramble says,

Nodding his tiny head.

His eyes are starting to sparkle again,

Fears beginning to fade.

Let's try something else,

Pip says,

His voice soft and encouraging.

Imagine,

Inside of you,

There is a soft warm light,

A tiny spark right in the middle of your chest.

It glows brightly,

And with every breath,

It grows bigger and bigger.

This light makes you feel safe,

Peaceful,

And full of kindness.

Can you feel that warm light inside of you?

It's there,

Glowing brightly,

No matter how small it may seem.

Imagine it like a tiny star inside of you,

Shining with warmth and peace.

With every breath,

That light grows bigger and brighter.

Take a slow,

Deep breath in,

And with each breath in,

Feel the warmth of the light spreading outwards,

Filling your chest,

Your arms,

Your legs,

All the way down to your toes,

And up to the tips of your fingers.

Feel the light grow with every breath.

It's gentle but strong.

It's inside you,

And it's safe.

Now,

As you breathe out,

Imagine that light pushing away anything that doesn't belong,

Any fear,

Any worries,

Any shadows that try to hide inside.

The more you breathe,

The brighter the light becomes.

It pushes out the darkness,

Until you are surrounded by a soft,

Glowing warmth that makes you feel peaceful,

Cozy,

And safe.

Feel the light inside you getting bigger,

Glowing brighter with each deep,

Slow breath.

Picture it glowing brighter than any star in the sky.

Bramble smiles as he feels the warmth of the light fill him up.

I feel it.

The light is inside me,

He whispers,

His little face glowing with happiness.

Pip gives a gentle laugh,

His heart warm.

See,

You've always had it inside of you.

You are never alone.

You are always surrounded by this light,

No matter where you are.

Take a moment now to listen to the whispers of your own heart.

You are filled with love and light.

You are safe,

Just like Pip and Bramble,

Surrounded by the warmth of your own glowing light.

Every breath you take fills you with peace,

And every heartbeat is a reminder that you are loved.

Repeat to yourself in your mind these peaceful thoughts.

I am safe.

I am peaceful.

I am full of light and love.

I am calm,

Like the still forest at night.

The two little trolls sit beneath a glowing mushroom,

Their hearts full of warmth and light.

The wind sings through the leaves,

A lullaby that carries them into the deepest,

Most peaceful sleep.

Now take a moment to picture yourself wrapped up in your own cozy light.

Feel the gentle calming glow fill you up from the inside.

You are ready to drift off,

Just like Pip and Bramble,

Into a deep and peaceful sleep.

Let the gentle soothing sounds of the forest cradle you as you feel lighter and lighter,

Ready to rest.

Feel yourself becoming lighter and lighter with every breath.

Your body is soft,

Relaxed,

And ready for a peaceful,

Cozy sleep.

The night is still,

And the stars are twinkling above.

The glow of the fireflies and the mushroom lights the way to sweet dreams.

The air is cool,

The leaves whisper softly,

And Pip and Bramble curl up under the mushroom,

Drifting into the deepest,

Most peaceful slumber.

And just like them,

You too can rest in the safe,

Warm light.

Let go of the day and allow your body to relax,

Knowing you are always surrounded by love,

Light,

And peace.
