I want you to imagine yourself sitting on a rock.
Nice,
Firm surface.
And your sits bone just dropping right down into that rock and connecting into that solid base and solid foundation.
And then lengthen your spine up from there.
Have your palms turned upwards on your lap.
Draw your shoulders.
Up toward your ears.
And let him relax down.
And just.

Relax your neck.
Lengthen it all the way.
And imagine the top back of your head,
The crown of your head floating up towards the sky.
Close your eyes.
And gaze just slightly upwards.
And then notice the sensation of your breath.
Coming in and out of your nose.
You may hear the sound of it if you get really quiet.
Relax all the muscles around your ribcage,
Around your bowel,
Around your belly.
And breathe more deeply.
So that everything expands outwards in all directions as you inhale.
And exhale,
Drawing it back in,
Keeping your spine long while you exhale.
Inhale and think of drawing energy up from the earth.
Exhale,
Think of releasing into the earth anything that distracts you from groundedness.
Nice,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breaths.
Let it flow in.
And flow out.
Take two more of those deep breaths.
Keep your eyes closed.
And I'd like you to notice how big your now is.
With your hands,
Show me how big it is.
Figuratively how big you think your now is.
You can relax your hands down.
And I'd also like you to notice what is in your now.
And this is really like a subconscious thing.
So you might feel stress,
You might feel energy,
You might get clear thoughts of the things going on in your head or on your to do list.
It doesn't have to be that specific.
But just trust that and notice what is in your now,
Kind of like there's a list.
And notice too how it is organized.
And now I'd like you to notice that your unconscious mind can organize what is in your now.
Putting the like with the like.
Family with family.
Work with Work.
And so on.
And again,
This is more like a self-conscious thing,
So just trust that it's happening.
You have to consciously think about everything and move it around in your mind.

I'd like you to allow your unconscious mind to notice what is in your now that isn't really a now thing.
For example,
That thing you're going to do later today.
It may be better in the future.
And that thing that you just did before coming here,
It may be better in the past.
Notice that your unconscious mind can organize and transport those things in your now that belong in your future.
And past.
And put them there.
In your future.
And pass.
