You're doing this laying down.
Ideally,
If it's comfortable,
It's a position where your arms are by your sides with your palms turned upwards.
You might have a roll underneath your knees if that helps your back relax.
But if it needs to be a different position for you to be in your ultimate comfort for this,
Find that position.
And then really just let your body sink into the support underneath you and allow it to hold you.
And then under your closed eyelids,
I want you to gaze slightly upwards.
That's going to be one of the most important things to do during this meditation for raising your energy.
Eyes gazing just slightly upwards as if you're trying to look at the point between your eyebrows.
Slowly tense the muscles in your feet.
From a low to medium to high tension and then relax them high medium low Now tense the muscles in your calves and your shins,
The lower part of your legs.
You And just imagine all of that happening,
Even if you can't quite feel the isolations,
Completely relax.
Now tense the upper legs,
Quadriceps and the hamstring.
And relax.
And tense the glutes,
The buttocks.
And relax.
The entire belly region.
Tense it all the way.
And then make sure you go to relaxation all the way.
Hence the lower back.
Relax it.
The upper back.
Relaxing.
Now tense the heart and the chest area.
Just to bring it blood flow and then completely release and open that heart back up.
Hence your hands,
You can clench them into fists.
And relax them.
That's the lower arm.
Release.
And tense the upper arms Relax completely.
Tense the shoulders.
Relax.
Release.
Ja!
Relax.
Peace!
Release.
Entire head.
Relax.
Keep your eyes closed,
Gazing slightly upwards under those closed eyelids.
Notice the sensation of your breath.
Coming in and out of your nose.
The cooler air coming in and the warmer air leaving.
Notice if your breath hits.
More towards the right as it enters or the left side of the nostril as it enters towards the front part or deeper center in the back And wherever it is,
If it's not in the center in the back,
You see if you can manipulate it.
And really let the breath come in deep so that the actual entry point is right where your eyes are looking.
At the bridge.
Of your nose.
Between your eyes.
I want you to imagine that breath instead of it just being like the quality of air,
That H2O,
Which we definitely need in our bodies,
But also that it's a beam of light.
It's a beautiful bright white light.
So now as you breathe in,
That beam enters your body.
As you breathe out,
You're also sending that beam back into the Earth,
Into the planet.
So you're taking in,
You're receiving what it has to offer,
Letting it replenish your body,
Mind and spirit.
Then you're also sending out from the love of your heart.
To contribute back into the world.
All the things of it.
And creating that alignment and match even with the things that are different vibrations.
We can always learn to flow with it.
We can always send it light and love.
And that beam of light as it enters,
It's going up and down your spine.
I want you to imagine that beam shooting in two directions as it enters your body.
So it goes all the way down.
Through the medulla oblongata,
The bottom part of the hairline at the back of the neck.
Then it goes through your throat.
Through your heart.
Through the Bali region.
All the way down to the base of your spine.
It's also going to the point between your eyebrows.
So that path of light spreads the entire line of chakras in your inner spinal energy.
We don't have to make too much judgment of what that light is and what it offers.
Just stay with the visual.
Imagine light coming in.
Like going out.
Breathe nice and deeply.
So there's lots of space for that light to fill you up as it comes in.
There's plenty of it.
You receive and accept an abundance of this light.
Just like you can receive and accept an abundance of all the other things that could be offered to you on this planet.
You send back out.
Is as we keep this exchange going,
It keeps energy moving and circulating.
So it's always cyclical.
Going in,
Going out,
Not just one direction or the other.
That's what keeps this planet revolving,
Moving,
And evolving.
Note that the only thing going into your body is light.
Nothing else can enter.
You are a light being.
You may see darkness around you outside,
But not within.
And if you think you see darkness within.
It's just a matter of perception.
When we shift our relationship with what's within,
It becomes light.
Like coming in,
Like going out.
Eyes gazing slightly upwards.
Light moving through all your chakras.
I have more of those light breaths.
Adding on to the breath.
As you exhale,
Imagine that.
.
.
You're projecting that light outward in a way that it fills up your entire home.
Every little object,
Every little speck of dirt.
Every little corner.
Every little space.
Gets filled with light.
Not only do you have light within,
But also all around you.
In the space-space of your home that you've created.
And the home is beaming.
It's another one of those speckles of light,
Those center points of light,
Offering out into the world.
And all it has to do to create that transformation and bring more light into the world is simply be light.
Simply glow.
Slowly wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Slowly turn your head side to side.
Slowly wiggle and squirm other parts of your body and you can shake your hands and your feet in the air in funny ways as your body gets ready for more and more movement.
And slowly roll onto your side.
Slowly press yourself up.
Come to a position sitting nice and centered.
This is the speck of light in the middle of all the light around you.
Feeling one and connected,
No separation.
That sense of union.
That sense of being the same vibration in the same element.
All things behind what you visually see made of light.
You can open your eyes and look around.
Boom.
Amen.
