Close your eyes and gaze just slightly upwards and your closed eyelids.
Stay with your spine nice and long and your palms turned upwards,
Shoulders relaxed.
Heart open.
Just feel that nice easy breath.
As it naturally comes in and out of your nose.
Cooler air coming in.
Warmer leaving.
Relax all the muscles in your body so that there's more freedom for that breath to flow.
Unobstructed.
Just imagine that you're kind of washing away all the dirt.
Blocks of free moving breath.
So you're going to breathe even more deeply.
And see how many of the sensations of the breath that you can notice.
Maybe the up-down motion,
Maybe the expansion and relaxation of the belly.
The ribcage,
Maybe you can even feel that into your back.
Maybe you hear the sound of your breath.
All of that is truth.
And your essence.
Tapping into the breath gives you the connection between the spirit and the human.
The human that is you.
Take your time with that breath.
It goes in really slowly.
It goes out really slowly.
Kind of like hiking through a bunch of hillsides.
You go up the hill,
Down the hill,
Up the hill,
Down the hill.
All the hills are the same height.
Just evenly up the hill,
Down the hill.
Up the hill,
Down the hill.
Beautiful clear skies day.
Maybe some flowers along the way.
The sound of some birds fluttering around.
Be a butterfly popping into your sight from time to time.
Next,
Open plane.
There's lots of grass.
Up the hill.
Down the hill.
On your own beautiful,
Peaceful journey.
It just keeps going.
The same.
Over and over again.
It gives you peace.
Up the hill down the hill.
The simplest form of life.
As Paramahansa Yogananda would say,
Circumstances are neutral.
Everything around that is your definition perception.
All it is?
Is the breath going up the hill.
Down the hill.
Nice,
Easy breaths.
Keep maintaining the same depth.
Up the hill,
Down the hill.
All is well.
All is open to you.
Up the hill.
Down the hill.
Three more of these nice,
Deep breaths.
Up the hill,
Down the hill.
Om.
Peace.
Amen.
And slowly open your eyes.
