Throughout this meditation, you will be guided through various steps that encourage mindfulness, self-compassion, and emotional acceptance. You will practice grounding techniques, explore the sensations in your body, and learn to observe your emotions as they arise and pass. This practice aims to help you develop a deeper understanding of yourself and your experiences, promoting emotional resilience and well-being.
