Okay,
So we'll start out relaxing the body because when the body's relaxed then obviously everything else can follow.
So you can warn your logical mind right now that you're going to go on a journey and you want it to work because the logical mind as we know it is always trying to fix things,
Analyze things and keep you safe.
So in this journey trust what comes up and if you have to turn on your imagination to in some ways make it up,
Allow your imagination to start fueling the process and let the logical mind do its thing in the background.
Meanwhile the deeper part of you will go on the journey.
So relaxing the body now you'll turn on the imagination to visualize a beam of light that's above your head and assign this quality of healing to the light and allow it to start to enter in through your body.
A soft shimmering glow that has the capability to also soften all of the fascia in the top of your head.
Relaxing the forehead muscles,
Relaxing the sides of the face,
The back of the head and then also see if you can invite that light in towards the center of your head,
Behind your eyes,
Behind your ears.
Cleansing,
Purifying,
Releasing and filling that area of your head with space and imagine that light even washes over your jaw so your jaw can relax,
Your chin may even drop and see if you can allow the back of your head to surrender even more into the pillow and then imagine the light makes its way down the neck and could wash away all of the tension from the neck muscles,
Softening the muscles,
Lengthening the muscles,
Purifying the fibers and then imagine that light sweeps off the weight that was on the shoulders,
Purifying,
Cleansing,
All the way down your arms to the tips of your fingers,
Releasing the tension and the muscles,
The bones,
Just allowing yourself that gift now.
Just allowing yourself that gift now.
The light moves to the center of your chest now and this may remind you of how deep your breath can go,
How your chest can rise,
Even so the back of your chest expands with your breath.
And the next breath maybe even the sides of your ribs expand,
Your stomach expands with the inhale.
Fueling this light to also replenish this internal core of who you are,
This core that has been so strong for you,
That has maintained your integrity,
Now deserves this complete purification involving the imagination and this life force you breathe in.
Imagining even the spinal cord becomes aligned,
Each vertebrae is washed over by this fluid of light,
Aligning,
And imagine this light moves down to the hips,
Hips and the thighs,
Relax and feel that light,
Especially concentrating on the area of the thighs where the emotional tension is stored and see if there's any type of sensation that you could assign a word,
A feeling to provide some relief to this area.
Imagining the light circling around the thighs,
Like little spirals of light restoring all of the fascia and fibers to a healthy,
Buoyant state.
Imagining that the tension could get washed away as the light moves down the knees,
All the way down the calves,
All the way through the feet to the bottom of the feet.
And now that your whole body is illuminated with this intention,
You have to heal,
To progress,
To be inspired,
And to be aligned with your new identity.
And to be aligned with your new,
Updated,
Best version of yourself.
This is what you're assigning to your energy field now.
So as if you could pass this intention and information to the outside of you,
To your aura,
Your energy shield.
Passing it out from your mind,
From your stomach,
From your heart,
Pushing those intentions out to surround you.
So all of these qualities are labeled now in your aura for what is to be magnetized to you,
Attracted to you.
And those energies and people and situations could be repelled because they're not a match for this signature in your aura.
And just imagine too that the aura could be cleansed by that healing,
Purifying light.
All of the entanglements cut off.
That healing light like a shower washing away anything in your energy field that does not feel like you,
And returning it to a state of grace and purity.

I'd like you to imagine the numbers from 10 to 1,
And I'll count each one.
And as I count the numbers,
You'll bring yourself to an even deeper state of relaxation.
And as you're doing this,
I want you to imagine that you're in a state of relaxation.

Leaving it all behind.

You imagine yourself in a beautiful forest now.
Soft grass beneath your feet,
Birds singing a song just for you.
And you're coming into the view of a beautiful ocean.
This ocean seems more calm compared to other oceans that you've seen.
And you immediately notice all of the mist in the air.
You feel that mist on your skin,
On your hands.
But somehow,
You still feel the warmth in your body.
And on the shore,
After you step off of the forest into the shore of the ocean,
Beach,
You see in the distance a bonfire.
And surrounding this bonfire,
You see a beautiful,
Beautiful tree.
And you see a beautiful,
Beautiful tree.
Or smooth,
Flat stones,
Flowers,
Creating a beautiful mandala.
And you notice that serenity coming through your body,
Just seeing that beautiful form of nature's elements.
The respect that whoever created that mandala and the fire had for the earth.
And after wondering who made that,
You see a goddess approaching the mandala by the fire.
She is wearing a white robe.
She is wearing armor.
Her hair is dreadlocked.
Her face is ferocious,
Yet beautiful.
She has jewelry.
And she calls herself Mother Durga.
And the form she is taking may be surprising you,
But it's beautiful.
She has come in the form that feels right to present herself to you.
And coming along with her now behind her,
You see a majestic tiger striding in slowly.
You are surprised that this tiger is so calm and you are not scared.
And that's because this tiger is connected to the goddess and would never do anything to harm someone that is not a threat.
And this tiger represents your ferocious energy that lies dormant in you.
And you can call on it when you need to and trust that it will roar for you when it has to.
The goddess invites you to sit on one of these smooth stones and offers you a hot beverage of warm spiced tea.
You stare across the fire at the goddess as she dances and invokes all of the elements to come into the bonfire.
You feel the sweep of the ocean air running through you.
And that sweep,
You know,
Is signifying all of the changes that are taking place in your life after this purification,
After this ascension.
The flexibility your mind and nervous system will now be able to handle,
To navigate.
And you see that this goddess cackles and laughs to the wind.
Feeling the sense that life can be taken more lightly.
You shake your hair in the wind and let the air move through you,
Moving out all the heaviness.
The air moves even through your bones,
Through your skin,
Taking away all those heavy memories,
All of that dull pain.
All of those inconsequential replays just get swept out because being in this goddess's energy and of the tiger,
You feel yourself emulating on a whole nother level of self-respect.
And it's no longer crucial for you to carry on the weight of the past in your body.
You feel the air even form a circle around you,
Cleansing out even your aura,
Blowing away the emotional residue as well.
You see the flowers start to make a funnel around you,
Sanctifying your space with grace and inspiration.
You feel the inspiration even move in now from the top of your head all the way down to your feet.
After all,
The word air is an inspiration.
And every time now you consciously breathe that word in,
The whole process will just become magnified.
And next you see the goddess dance around the fire,
And you feel the air move through you,
And next you see the goddess dance around the fire with the fastest,
Most graceful movements you've ever seen.
She is invoking the fire element now,
The quick response to life,
The product of inspiration,
Of moving at such an authentic pace and style that it's only possible with this fire.
You sense that you also would like to move and express yourself around this fire with the goddess.
So the two of you move around,
Letting yourself express and release the fire element.
Anything,
No matter what it looks like,
There is no sense of shame or judgment at all in this place.
You feel so validated by being able to dance out this expression,
To stomp out the residue of old anger into the sand,
And to shake your limbs and scream any way you want to with this fire element.
And maybe these cries are not even yours,
They're old ancestral cries that have been waiting for their chance to release.
The goddess looks at you with joy in her eyes,
Amazed at how you have transformed and surrendered.
But there is no other choice when you are around this energy of the goddess.
You have no other option but to be completely vulnerable and in your own truth.
And you feel that gentle warmth of the fire as you slow down your movements and surrender to that welcome solitude that the fire offers.
Feel the warmth in your body of the fire that warms the blood.
And next,
Imagine the element of water purifying as you both walk away from the bonfire and put your feet in the ocean and allow the ocean to carry away all of the worries.
Feel that gentle relation between the ocean and the fire.
Of the rise of your chest like the ocean and the fall.
The gentle grace now,
The rising and the accepting.
And the beautiful self-respect that that is,
Honoring your emotions and seeing them and relying on all of the tools and wisdom you've learned to manage them in a way that is healthy for you.
And next,
The goddess shows you her way of honoring and stabilizing with the earth element.
Lying down on the sandy floor,
Arms open wide,
Legs open like a starfish.
You allow yourself to be completely held,
To be completely nourished by the earth.
That welcome sense of heaviness where you get to surrender to the comfortable surface of the earth.
The surface below you,
Where you get to root down to your environment.
Where you get to flourish as the full embodied version of you.
And taking your time to come back to sit on the beach now.
Seeing if there's any other messages that come from the goddess.
And she is inviting you now to do the soul retrieval with her.
To invoke in the ether element,
That of yourself which has been separated from you,
Perhaps from other lifetimes,
From other relationships.
Or just from time itself.
So imagine yourself as you are,
As your size.
Only now you're growing bigger.
Bigger than any beach.
Bigger than the country where the beach is.
Bigger than the world.
Just as big as the goddess's energy could be.
Only continuing to grow until you're in the galaxies,
Surrounded by stars,
Cosmos,
Planets,
And brilliant meteors.
And some of these stars contain the energy of the goddess.
And some of these stars contain aspects of you,
Of your oversoul.
So now imagine what your soul looks like.
Its color,
Its texture,
Its luminosity.
And then breathe in these particles from the stars and the cosmos into your soul.
After all,
There's parts of you in there that are yours to claim.
So don't be shy.
Breathe them in.
And imagine how they could fit into that shape that you see your soul in.
That shape that you see your soul in.
Fill in all the cracks and crevices.
Just keep breathing and feeling your chest expand as you breathe in more particles of yourself.
More essence of the stars.
Feel your energy inside your chest and stomach start to become even stronger.
Flourishing your expression of yourself.
Flourishing your purpose.
Integrating all of the lessons you've learned.
Breathing it all in.
Making sure all those pieces fit into the right places.
And then maybe placing your hands over your chest to just add that earthly validation that it's in there,
That you're there to honor and respect.
And hold yourself to the highest level of your soul.
And hold yourself to the highest level of integrity and dignity.
And as I count from one to five,
You'll integrate all of these processes.

Feeling stabilized,
Nourished.

Feeling as if you just went on a nice spa retreat.
Saying goodbye to the goddess who will always be there to call on in the right situations.

Whenever you're ready,
Rubbing your hands together,
Come back to your space,
Root down to where you are.
Welcome the stability that is underneath you,
Supporting your body right now.
Feeling that comfort of the chair,
The comfort of the bed.
Or pillow beneath you.
And drawing your attention to come back into this space,
Into this room,
Into this life.
Feeling refreshed and inspired to see how these effects will take place over the next few days and weeks.
