So let's start off again drawing your focus inwards and starting to bring the breath down into the stomach area,
Concentrating the inhale so the stomach expands when you inhale.
The sides of the ribs expand when you inhale.
And on the exhale you feel your stomach come in towards the back.
And keep drawing the attention inwards and down towards the stomach area,
Expanding the breath and sending this fresh prana down into the lowest part of you.
And as you're bringing all of your attention down to the stomach area,
Start to take inventory of your upper body.
See if you could let your shoulders drop.
See if you can let the back of you just melt down as if your spine could align.
And drop the attention from the mind all the way down as if it's taking an elevator,
Softening the muscles in the face,
The muscles in the neck,
Softening the chest,
The center area,
The sides of the ribs,
Down into the stomach,
Allowing all the mental energies to exit the elevator now into your stomach area.
With all of your attention continuing to be focused on the center part of you,
See if you can invite in the air element as if you could breathe through the stomach,
Inviting this feeling of lightness around the stomach.
And the air element represents change,
New ideas.
And just keep trying to imagine that the air could even move through the back of the stomach.
And then pose the question now to your stomach,
What is it that you want me to be aware of?
Or in any ways that would feel natural to you as if you could just send this question inside your stomach.
What do you need?
Is there something that you're fearful of that I can help you with?
And maybe the answers don't come now,
But it's like you're sending a question in the mail to wait for your response when the stomach's ready to answer you.
Asking your stomach,
Is there something you're having trouble digesting or letting go of?
Is there something that we need to accept?
Without trying to press away or edit the answer,
Again just asking if there's anything in the area that the stomach's afraid of.
And continuing with that breath,
Focusing to expand the ribs,
The stomach area.
Expanding its capacity to feel as if it's the second brain,
Your power center.
And maybe even comforting the stomach,
Telling it,
Sorry that you haven't been paying more attention to its needs,
But that's going to change for the better now that you're here to listen.
To take the elevator from the mind down into the stomach to sense into its awareness.
And thanking the stomach for all that it does,
Thanking it for digesting your food,
For sending you signals,
And for helping you feel that sense of security and creativity.
And rubbing your hands together and placing them on your stomach now,
Imagining that there's healing light that's coming through your hands,
As if you just turned on the sink from your hands and outcomes.
Healing energy pouring out into your stomach,
Forgiving it,
Forgiving yourself for holding on to things that were only meant to protect you.
And reassure your stomach in any way you feel called to,
To reassure this part of you that you're okay now,
That you have more tools,
That you can go about things in a different way,
And it's safe to let go of the excess weight.
You can protect yourself with your perceptions now.
And again,
Communicating to your stomach that you'll be open to listen to its needs,
To what it can release,
And to anything you need to be made aware of.
Accepting your stomach as it is,
And also having the confidence to know that it's a new phase you're entering,
Where the old stories are no longer relevant,
And you have the power to shift and release the weight.
Just noticing the softness now,
If there's any release of tension in the stomach,
And also the shift in the perception of feeling more curious as to how fast it will work,
Feeling more toned in this area,
How much more focus you put on to breathing in this area,
And how that will help process speed along.
So whenever you're ready,
Coming back into your whole body,
Feeling your roots root you down into exactly where you are,
Stabilizing you and your environment to pull up the nutrients that are going to serve you and this area of you.
And on the count of five,
Coming back completely into your space,
Into your room.
One,
Feeling grateful to have this conversation and connection with your body.
Two,
Feeling curious and excited about this new phase that you're entering.
Three,
Feeling relaxed,
Calm,
Confident.
Four,
And five,
Whenever you're ready,
Rubbing your hands together and opening your eyes.
