Okay,
So let's do the high priestess meditation.
Just get yourself comfortable if you need to make any movements first and start to bring
All of the attention inside your body.
And you can set the phone to the side too so you're not holding on to anything.
And then begin to draw your focus down to your lower ribs and your stomach area and
Take in expansive breaths.
So when you inhale in,
You feel your ribs expand,
Try to send the breath all the way
Down into the stomach.
And this is just the first part in making yourself feel bigger.
And usually we don't want our stomachs to feel bigger or look bigger,
But this is where
Your power center is.
So by intentionally sending the breath down there,
You're giving this part of you,
The
Center part of you,
More power and an intention to radiate more power.
So breathing all the way down into the stomach area.
And then exhaling out the heaviness,
The stress,
Anyone else's energy that's not yours.
And you can say to yourself with the intention with your breath,
I recollect the energy that
Is mine and release other's energies with the exhale.
So inhale,
Draw in all of your energy,
I recollect the energy that is mine and release all other
Energies not serving me.
See how you can let that breath expand you,
You're recollecting your energy.
So let it expand into your body,
Make space for it.
And release any and all energies that do not align with you with the exhale.
Breathe in what is yours,
Exhale what is not yours.
And now just notice if there's any tingling that's in your body,
Let yourself tune into
That feeling of relaxation that you are commanding now.
Allow all of the actions that the mind wants to do and reflections to simply float by and
Float your attention down towards your chest,
Towards your stomach,
Towards your center
As you breathe into that area of you,
Giving strength to this part of your awareness.
Feeling the inhales expand the center part of you and beginning to imagine now that you
Could grow bigger than the room that you're in,
Than the house or building that you're in.
That you could grow so big that you're in the galaxy surrounded by stars.
And by believing and commanding your imagination to have this sense of power,
You're permitting
Yourself to take up more space,
To not make yourself smaller for anyone else's comfort
Any longer.
You're allowing yourself to expand so big that you could allow even more miracles
Into your life than you imagined.
Because now that you've expanded your awareness with
Your intention,
You've expanded the possibilities,
You've expanded the opportunities and you're
No longer hiding or withdrawing from life or making yourself smaller in hopes to make
Anyone else feel better.
Now you're illuminating,
You're expanding all the way up into the night sky.
And just imagine that you are the most powerful being.
And you give yourself permission to feel this sense of power.
And remember that true power comes from empowering others as well.
So there is no guilt in making yourself this expansive and powerful.
And as you imagine all of the stars around you,
Start to imagine the star that is within you.
Some people call this your soul.
This energy of the high priestess that's represented by the star of intuition,
The sense of knowing.
And imagine that star,
Maybe it's in your chest area or your stomach,
Starts to illuminate and radiate out.
Just like the stars in the sky have this aura around them that twinkles.
Allow this star within you.
This internal guidance,
Your compass,
Starts to glow within you.
And as it glows,
It reprograms all of the cells within you,
All of the musculature.
Begins to expand and revitalize.
Because perhaps before your structure made itself more smaller,
More tense,
From absorbing negativity from others,
But now you have become your own lighthouse,
Your own sense of renewal.
So allow that light to renew your body,
Renew your consciousness,
And evaporate all of those old programs that may have served you in the past.
Maybe those old programs taught you
Just how sensitive you are to others' energies and the world around you.
But now it's time to utilize the light side,
The powerful side of those sensitivities to magnify your own intentions,
To magnify your own energy.
So it attracts who is meant for you,
What is meant for you.
By radiating a more powerful frequency,
Your life will begin to align in different ways than you could imagine.
Continue to bring your imagination into this star intuition radiating from within you.
And allow yourself to collect more of your energy that is perhaps up in the night sky of these stars.
All of these parts of your soul that have been fragmented from other experiences or relationships,
Collect them back just like you collected back your energy.
And this time you're collecting these fragments of your intuition
Simply by inhaling them in as if you could vacuum them
Like you're breathing through a straw
Back into your body
To make that star of intuition stronger within you
So it radiates internally
And feel that relief in your body of collecting what is yours,
Of tuning in
To this deeper side of you.
And this side of you has been quiet maybe for a long time
Because unlike the logical mind,
This intuitive high priestess side of you does not speak with harshness or judgment or necessity.
It speaks to you with feelings,
A sense of knowing,
A sense of trust,
Of being guided.
And also that sense of faith that you are in your divine timing
And the divine timing will present you the opportunities
For which you will be guided to act and to respond to with grace.
Keep breathing in all of this energy of the stars,
Collecting it into the space within you,
Filling in the cracks or crevices that may have been broken away from.
So smooth them all over.
Using that powerful inhale to expand you
And imagine that light radiating out,
Programming and forming all of your neurons to this new upgrade.
Because after all there are so many upgrades available for you now
In this age of Aquarius.
You no longer have to seek out a guru.
You can align with your own wisdom.
Align with this light within you,
This guiding intuition
And allow it to relax you on a deeper level,
Drifting,
Sinking,
Floating down deeper and deeper within you,
Allowing your face to relax,
Allowing that weight on your shoulders to soften,
The sides of your neck to lengthen,
The back of your neck to lengthen.
And imagine that that light radiates
Into your arms,
So your arms relax.
That light moves all the way down to the fingers,
To the fingers.
You may even start to tingle.
And these hands now have been magnified by this energy of your intuition.
So they will begin to perform duties for you.
After all,
They are extensions of the heart.
They come out from the chest where the heart is.
So therefore,
You are grateful for them every day
As they translate your intuition into physical reality,
Just based on your commands and desires.
And then allow yourself to be a little bit more relaxed.
Allow that light to radiate into the deepest part of your stomach,
Allowing all of those digestive enzymes to relax.
Allow yourself to digest the reality as it is
And see things as they are.
Let that light now move down to your hips,
So your hips relax
And surrender to the comfort below you.
Your hips are restored to a place of balance,
Balancing you and your feminine and masculine energies
So you know when to receive and to nourish yourself.
And when to take action and be productive.
But after all,
This deeper relationship with your intuition
Is being productive with your energy of grace,
With your empowerment
That will ultimately lead you
To this higher self being embodied within you,
Your best self,
Every day getting better in every way.
And imagine that this light moves all the way down to your feet.
So this intuitive light is now programming your legs
To take you in the directions that you are led to go on.
To stand in your integrity always.
And you may hear other outside noises come in,
But it's okay.
They're all meant for you because this is your time now
To align with this high priestess energy
And to accept that it is now a part of your support,
Of your framework and of your internal sanctuary.
So now I'd like you to imagine that this beautiful light is surrounding you.
This healing light surrounds you.
And this is the light that you are going to invoke and call in on a regular basis.
So imagine that this light surrounds you like the shape of a pyramid
And around your body and under your feet.
And this soft healing light washes away
Any other projections that were cast upon you from other people.
That are not serving your most powerful form.
They just get washed away.
And this light shield will magnify what it is because it is attracting good luck,
Beautiful opportunities and people that are on a level of frequency that meshes with you.
And of course,
There will still be people that you may not want to deal with,
But you have to.
But they won't be able to penetrate you as closely.
You'll find that they will not be able to unnerve you.
Because now that this light surrounds you and you command it daily,
You will have this extra layer of protection,
Of power,
And of intention.
Because this light does not remain static,
Which means you can reprogram it every day
To attract and repel what is your intention.
Peaceful relationships,
Peaceful interactions,
A level of respect and understanding from others,
Repel away aggression from others,
And most importantly,
Disallow those negative or jealous thoughts.
Vibrations to penetrate you at all.
Just imagine that this light surrounds you,
Emanates from you,
And it is your aura,
The one that the high priestess has invited you to maintain
And sustain.
Because now you are the commander of your roles.
So you are assigning now this grace to surround you.
You're assigning this light now to protect you.
And every day,
Just like you change your clothes,
You will find it like a game to be able to just imagine this light that surrounds you
And that emanates from within you.
And what is your intention and how that force field will magnify your intentions.
And create this ripple of positivity that moves out from you.
Because after all,
Hate cannot exist when there is a powerful love emanating from you.
This powerful force of light,
Of intuition,
Of love,
And connection with the miracles of heaven moving through you,
Empower you and those around you.
So now start to bring your intention back into your body
And bring that light all the way down to the center of your being.
Bring that light to the ground,
Through your feet,
To root you exactly where you are.
And solidify all of these upgrades into where you are now in your environment.
So this light moves with you and through you
And into your surroundings,
Just like a tree grows roots.
Imagine
That you can spread the light through the roots from your feet into the earth.
Building that bridge between heaven and earth so you're connected in the divine timing of always
Being where you're supposed to be and in alignment with your higher self destiny timeline.
Ground that energy,
Welcome that feeling of heaviness into your body,
Remembering exactly where you are right now,
Where you're sitting,
Where you're laying,
And as I count from one to five,
You'll let all of these processes
Become very true and real for you as you come back.
One,
Feeling all of your bodily processes normalize.
Two,
Feeling as though you just got back from
An amazing massage and in a way it was an energetic spa treatment for you
And the high priestess.
Three,
Feeling safe and secure,
Knowing now that you have this extra
Tool of light that surrounds you that you get to program every day.

Feeling so much better,
Optimistic.
And five,
Whenever you're ready,
Just rubbing your hands together and opening your eyes.
