Welcome to this meditation to find your inner strength and self-empowerment.

Decide on a peaceful relaxing environment where you can relax and be comfortable.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through your nose.

Exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any feelings of self-doubt or insecurity.

Take another slow deep breath and release your thoughts,

Letting them drift far away.

Bring your awareness into your heart centre and notice a softness there.

Another beautiful breath in and this time take the breath down to your abdomen,

Relax with a deep exhale.

Take another slow deep breath and know that in this moment all is well.

Tune into the present moment.

Follow your breathing in and out as you relax and settle in still more.

Just let your shoulders and neck area relax,

Your arms,

Back,

Abdomen,

Hips,

Legs and feet.

Relax and breathe.

Breathing is your connection to life and the natural world and like all of nature it has a rhythm.

Good.

As you breathe prepare to embark on a journey to build a sense of personal empowerment and strength for you.

Visualise yourself standing at the edge of a vast desert,

Bathed in the warm golden light of self-empowerment.

The desert stretches endlessly before you and the sky above is clear and boundless.

As you stand in this desert become aware of your inner self.

Feel within.

Feel the strength and resilience that resides within you waiting to be unleashed.

This inner strength is your source of empowerment.

Imagine a bright radiant sun above you.

Its warmth represents your inner power.

With each breath in draw in this empowering energy and allow it to fill your body and your soul.

Now visualise a path stretching out in front of you leading into the heart of the desert.

This path symbolises your journey towards self-empowerment.

As you step onto it feel the ground beneath your feet solid and supportive.

Along the path you may encounter challenges or obstacles.

These challenges represent moments in life when you felt disempowered or unsure of yourself.

As you encounter each challenge visualise yourself facing it with confidence and determination.

Imagine that your inner strength is like a shield protecting you from self-doubt and external pressures.

With each step you become more aware of your innate power.

Beautiful.

As you continue along the path you come across a wellspring of pure refreshing water.

This wellspring represents your inner resilience.

Feel yourself dipping your hands into this clear water and see it washing away any lingering doubts or fears.

Feel the wonderful rejuvenation and empowerment that this water brings to you.

Now visualise the desert around you transforming into vibrant resilient plants and flowers.

Each flower symbolises a facet of your inner strength,

Courage,

Determination,

Resilience and confidence.

Just take a moment to sit among these plants and flowers absorbing their empowering energy.

Feel their strength merging with your own reinforcing your sense of empowerment.

Now visualise a mirror standing before you in the desert.

As you gaze into this mirror see yourself radiating with self-assurance and empowerment.

You are a beacon of strength and resilience.

Repeat these affirmations to yourself internalising their empowering messages.

I am strong.

I am capable.

I am empowered.

Just focus on the words and feel these words resonating deep within you strengthening your sense of self.

Stay in this state of empowerment for as long as you like savouring the sensations of strength and self-assurance.

When you're ready to return to your surroundings begin to bring your awareness back from the desert.

Feel the support of the earth beneath you.

Invite a sphere of protective warm golden loving light to be placed all around you and this experience too so that all the positive empowering and insightful benefits will stay with you.

Take a deep breath in and feel free to come out of this visualisation whenever you would like.

Thank yourself with gratitude for putting energy into your own explorations and thank the energy of life for moving you in the right direction towards self empowerment and inner strength.

Become aware of your physical surroundings.

Remember where you are and the room that you are in.

And when you're ready gently open your eyes and return to the world around you and feel awake refreshed and alert.

Carry this sense of empowerment and inner strength with you into your day knowing that you can return to this meditation whenever you need to tap into your innate power and confidence.
