Welcome to Stardust and Heartbeat.

This is a story about remembering who you truly are.

So,

Settle into your comfy space,

Warm and cozy,

And allow your breath to soften just a little.

Gently close your eyes.

This is a remembering of who you are beneath the surface of your day,

Your thoughts,

Your to-do lists,

And all the ways that life asks you to hold so much.

So,

I share a quiet truth.

You are Stardust and you are Heartbeat.

This is a blend of the infinite and the beautifully human.

There's an ancient story whispered through the universe that the carbon in your bones,

The iron in your blood,

The light that lives beyond your eyes,

Was once part of something vast and burning,

A star exploding into brilliance,

A cosmic beginning sent scattering through galaxies.

Over millions of years,

That dust drifted,

Settled,

Gathered,

Until one day it became you,

A body,

A mind,

A soul,

Capable of feeling,

Of loving,

Hoping,

Healing,

Breathing.

You carry that legacy in every breath,

Not metaphorically,

Literally.

You are the universe,

Learning how to love in human form.

And yet,

Amid all this infinite history,

You have a heartbeat.

It's a soft,

Steady rhythm,

Unique to you alone.

A reminder of your fragility,

Your aliveness,

Your courage simply to exist.

Your heartbeat is the part of you that loves,

And also the part that expands.

It keeps you grounded,

Present,

Here.

The star lives in your cells,

But the heartbeat keeps you human,

And together,

They create this beautiful harmony.

It's a dance between what is eternal and what is fleeting.

A reminder that you are both a cosmic miracle and a tender being,

Finding your way on Earth.

So,

Visualize now that you're standing beneath a night sky-free of city lights.

It's just you and the stars.

As you look upward,

Notice how the sky seems endless,

A vast ocean of possibility stretching beyond thought.

And that same vastness exists inside you.

Because you're not separate from it,

You are made of it.

So then,

Place your hand on your heart,

Feel the quiet rhythm beneath your palm.

That soft pulse is your anchor,

Your reminder that you're meant to experience this life,

Not as a distant observer,

But intimately,

Tenderly,

And fully.

Take a slow breath in now,

And just visualize drawing in starlight,

Wisdom,

Clarity,

Expansion.

And exhale,

Feel your heartbeat grounding you in this human moment,

Your truth,

Your path,

Your presence.

So,

Inhale stardust,

And exhale heartbeat.

One breath for the infinite,

One breath for the human.

Both are you.

So,

Rest here in this moment,

And just let this beautiful truth sink in.

So,

As we come to a close,

May you remember,

You are not small,

You are not insignificant,

You carry galaxies inside you.

And you walk through the world with the tenderness of a single,

Precious heartbeat.

May you honor both.

May you trust your rhythm.

May you shine with quiet,

Steady light.

Namaste,

And with love,

My friend.

This truly is a day when the universe used you to speak deeply to my soul. Knowing of my beginnings, the Stardust, being created of the universe, reminds me of how I am precious, my heartbeat matters to the universe. I matter. I needed to hear that. Thank you for listening and sharing what your heart hears. Be well
