Good morning and welcome.
It's a new morning,
A new beginning.
And today we enter the Garden of Grace.
It's a place where ease,
Softness,
And compassion grow freely.
This space is within you always.
Even when life feels uncertain,
Grace is a quiet companion walking with you.
You don't have to try so hard.
You don't have to prove anything.
You are worthy of gentleness.
And you are allowed to begin again.
With soft roots,
Tender petals,
And an open heart.
So let this morning be one of receiving.
Let yourself be nourished.
Find your space and gently close your eyes.
Feel your body soften.
Become aware of your breath.
It's a gentle flow in and out.
Bring your attention to your body now.
This is your sacred garden.
Begin at the crown of your head.
Feel warmth like morning light.
Let this light gently move down to your forehead,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw.
Release any tension and just let your face feel peaceful.
Bring your awareness to your neck and shoulders.
Just imagine Grace dripping down like soft rain,
Washing away tightness.
Move slowly into your chest and heart space,
And just let it open like a flower.
Breathe in.
There's no need to rush.
Breathe out and allow ease.
Drop awareness into your belly,
Your hips,
Your thighs,
And just let the weight here sink into the earth beneath you.
Soften your knees,
Your calves,
Your feet,
Your toes.
Imagine your feet are rooted into the soil,
Safe,
Nourished,
Grounded.
So just rest here for a moment in your whole body.
Remember this is your temple.
This is your garden.
Good.
Let's begin a breath of receiving now.
So just inhale through your nose for four counts.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four.
Hold for two.
One,
Two.
And exhale gently for six.
One,
Two,
Three,
Four,
Five,
Six.
Again,
In for four.
Hold for two.
And out for six.
Continue in your own time,
And with each breath in,
Imagine you are breathing in a soft mist of Grace.
It flows into your lungs,
Through your bloodstream,
And into every cell.
And with each exhale,
Release anything heavy or any stress or tension.
Let go of what you no longer need.
Now shift into this gentle pattern.
Inhale,
I am supported.
Exhale,
I am at ease.
Again,
In,
I am supported.
Out,
I am at ease.
Just let this become a gentle rhythm.
Let your nervous system settle.
Let your heart feel held.
Wonderful.
Just resume your natural breathing pattern.
Now step into your garden of Grace.
Visualize yourself walking through a quiet gate,
Entering a radiant garden.
The colors are soft here.
Glush pinks,
Gentle greens.
There's golden light filtering through the trees.
And here you can walk barefoot,
And the earth is warm beneath you.
Each flower you pass seems to offer you something.
Peace,
Kindness,
And forgiveness.
Now you come to a still pond.
The surface reflects your face.
You see not floors,
But light.
You see your spirit,
Soft and strong.
You kneel and touch the water.
It sends ripples of calm through your body.
And around you,
This beautiful garden hums with gentle life.
It's a place that expects nothing.
It's a place where you can just be.
Just be you.
So take your time here.
Let your breath flow.
And let Grace wash over you.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
What would Grace look like for you today?
Where can you offer yourself more ease?
What if things didn't have to be perfect to be beautiful?
Think of a moment recently when you extended Grace to someone else or to yourself.
Just let that feeling rise up again.
And if none comes to mind,
That's okay too.
Just being here with breath,
With presence,
Is an act of beautiful Grace.
Whisper this softly to yourself now.
I am a garden of Grace.
I grow with ease,
Beauty and compassion.
Let it echo through your breath.
And let's repeat.
I am a garden of Grace.
I grow with ease,
Beauty and compassion.
And just feel these words root themselves gently into your morning.
So take one more breath in.
And release it with softness.
Grace doesn't push.
It invites.
It welcomes.
It forgives.
So today walk through your life like it is a garden.
Noticing beauty,
Softening into pauses,
Watering what matters.
And you don't need to do it all.
You just need to be here.
Heart open.
Feet on the ground.
And just return to your breath when needed.
Remember the garden within you is always blooming.
Even in hard seasons.
Even in quiet ones.
And you are allowed to grow gently.
So thank you for joining me in the garden of Grace this morning.
May Grace walk with you through every step of this beautiful day.
Namaste,
My friend.
