Pregnancy in the third trimester can be exhausting and anxiety-provoking but with these visualization exercises and positive pregnancy affirmations for the 3rd trimester, you will feel calm, relaxed, and positive. Listen to this third-trimester pregnancy meditation 3/4 times per week during your third trimester. Pregnancy affirmations and pregnancy meditation are powerful and the more you listen to positive pregnancy affirmations the more powerful they will become. Before listening to this third-trimester meditation, make sure you are in a quiet room, that you are comfortable and warm enough and will not be disturbed. The best time to listen to this third-trimester meditation is before a nap or before going to bed at night. Welcome to this third trimester meditation.

Please find a quiet and comfortable place where you can sit or lie down undisturbed.

Begin by closing your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Allowing your abdomen to expand fully.

Hold your breath for a moment and then slowly exhale through your mouth,

Letting go of any tension.

Repeat this breathing cycle five times.

Bring your awareness to your body and feel the weight of your body supported by the surface beneath you.

Become aware of any feelings of tightness in your body and allow yourself to release this tightness with every exhalation of breath.

Softening your forehead.

Loosening your jaw.

Relaxing your neck.

Your shoulders.

Your arms and hands.

Loosening your back.

Relaxing your hips.

And allowing your legs and feet to relax fully.

Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful forest.

A place that feels safe and peaceful.

You take a step forward and you feel the ground firm beneath your feet.

Supporting you with each step.

You walk along a forest path.

Noticing the vibrant colours of the trees.

The sounds of birds singing.

And the fresh scent of nature.

With each step.

You feel your connection with the earth grow stronger.

Grounding you.

And filling you with a sense of stability and calm.

As you continue walking,

You come across a clear,

Tranquil lake.

The water is calm.

Reflecting the sky above.

You find a comfortable spot by the lake and sit down.

Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin.

The lake represents your inner self.

Calm,

Peaceful and present in this moment.

Gently place your hands on your belly.

And visualize your beautiful baby growing within you.

Feel the love and strength that you are providing for your baby.

Nurturing and protecting them.

Imagine a soft,

Pink cocoon of light.

Surrounding both you and your baby.

A light that signifies the deep and loving bond that you and your baby share.

With your hands still resting on your belly.

Repeat the following affirmations silently back to yourself in your mind.

I embrace my third trimester with calm and confidence.

I am grateful for my body and its ability to nurture and nourish my baby.

I look forward to meeting my baby.

My body knows how to bring my baby into the world safely and peacefully.

Each day brings me closer to meeting and holding my beautiful baby.

I am calm,

Confident and happy during my third trimester.

Take a few more deep breaths.

Feeling the positive energy and confidence flowing through you.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the place or room that you're in right now.

Wiggle your fingers and toes.

And then slowly open your eyes.

Sending you love and light.
