This audio is best listened to in a quiet room where you can relax for a while.
If this isn't possible,
You may like to listen to the audio whilst out walking or doing jobs around your house.
Before we begin,
Please take in three deep cleansing breaths.
Inhaling slowly through your nose and gently exhaling through a small opening in between your lips.
Feel free to repeat the affirmations back to yourself in your mind after you hear each one.
Or simply listen,
Feeling into the positive energy of the words and absorbing all that energy into your mind,
Body and soul.
I am doing my best as a mother.
I trust my maternal intuition.
I'm becoming a more confident mother every day.
Being a mother makes me feel beautiful.
I believe in myself.
I am loved.
I am strong.
I am capable.
I choose progress over perfection.
I will make mistakes and that's okay.
I do not compare myself to other mothers.
Every mother is finding her way,
As am I.
I am grateful for my family.
I am thankful for the gift of motherhood.
I take care of myself so I can take care of my family.
Like every mother,
I am always learning and evolving.
I value my own self-worth.
Today,
Tomorrow and every day,
I am enough.
I let go of any expectations and go with the flow of my day.
I can do hard things.
It's okay for me to take a break.
It's okay to ask for help when I need it.
It's okay for me to not have all the answers.
I create healthy habits that help me stay balanced.
I embrace motherhood as a beautiful journey of discovery.
I inhale calm.
I exhale love.
I find joy in the simple moments.
Each day is an opportunity for me to make amazing memories with my family.
I take care of myself so I can take care of my family.
I am unique.
I am capable and strong.
