Everyone

Leave the weight of the week at the entrance. In this deeply calming guided meditation, you are invited to a hidden, starlit cavern to find profound restoration. You’ll journey down a narrow path to discover the Moonpool—a body of water, black as obsidian, reflecting a perfect full moon, guarded by a serene, watchful presence named Elowyn. Here, in this sanctuary of cool air and night-blooming flowers, you’ll learn to release worries and concerns as bubbles, allowing them to be carried away. You’ll reconnect with your own unwavering calm center, symbolized by the moon’s constant reflection, and experience the profound support of simply being. This episode is a practice in receiving. It’s for anyone feeling overburdened, anxious about the future, or in need of a tangible reservoir of peace to carry into the days ahead. You will emerge feeling grounded, renewed, and guarded by a quiet stillness that remains long after the meditation ends.

Transcript

Tonight we go to a place of deep rest where worries are softened by starlight and water.

Follow a narrow path down into a cavern open to the sky.

Before you is a pool.

Its water is perfectly still.

Black is obsidian,

A mirroring of full moon and a scattering of stars.

The air is cool and smells of damp stone and night-blooming flowers.

This is a sanctuary of rest.

Imagine sitting on the smooth stone edge and dipping your fingertips into the water.

It is surprisingly warm.

Ripples expand,

Distorting the reflected stars.

Then slowly return to perfect stillness.

See your thoughts about upcoming tasks or worries as bubbles on the surface of the pool.

Don't pop them,

Simply watch as one by one,

They are drawn by a gentle unseen current to the far edge of the pool and over a silent waterfall into the dark where they dissolve into the mist.

Do this with all of the worries and concerns you're feeling.

They're not vanishing completely,

You're just slowly diminishing their importance.

Leaving space for the things that you really want to focus on.

When the pool is still again,

See the perfect reflection of the moon.

That moon is your calm center,

Always present beneath any passing ripples of thought.

Now lie back on the soft moss beside the pool.

Feel the weight of your body being pulled to the earth,

Completely supported.

The cavern holds you,

The quiet guards you.

There is nothing to do,

Nothing to be,

But just here.

When you are ready to leave,

Feel the deep rest in yourselves.

The challenges ahead cannot touch the reservoir of calm you just created.

Slowly and gently open your eyes,

Carrying the stillness of this space.

In your breath and the watchful peace of the grove in your heart.
