Take a moment to connect with Mother Earth. Let your breath remind you that you are Mother Nature breathing Mother Nature, and let her energy take over your body. You are the energy of Pacha Mama, as the boundaries of your skin dissolve you will feel as one with her.

Hello and welcome to this grounding to mother earth meditation please find yourselves in the most comfortable seated position that you can at this moment whether it is with your legs crossed in front of you and you're sitting on the ground or sitting on a chair invite your spine to be as long as as it's possible for you today throw your shoulders back and release any tension that you carry throughout your jaw or throughout your face take it deep inhalation through your nostrils and alongside through your mouth let's do it one more time inhale through your nose hold the inhale and then sigh through your mouth if your eyes are not closed by now invite them to be closed observe how your hands are resting on your lap and let them relax observe how your feet are touching the earth or other part of your leg and let them soften let the spine grow a little taller and let your shoulders soften a little more let's take another deep inhalation through the nose hold at the top and exhale let the breath that is breathing your body at this moment reach every corner that you have awareness on feel the skin in the front of your body expanding maybe even the skin in the back of the body and from this space whether it is your sacrum that is connected to the earth or your feet feel her energy rising through you feel the groundedness the sturdiness of mother earth through your legs and through your sacrum moving up through your solar plexus through your heart beyond your arms and through your fingers up through the crown of your head and above let the breath that is breathing you at this moment invite you to find more awareness in the physical body and its strength and from this strength we begin to find awareness in the center of the body imagine a luminous light moving from this space in the lower belly and each inhale you take this luminosity grows a little bit and when you exhale it doesn't diminish in size but in the next inhale it becomes a little bigger until it continues to grow and you feel your own energy now rooting down to mother earth you feel her support and this energy is also rising up reaching to your heart center reaching to your throat reaching up to your third eye and beyond the crown of the head and in the next breath you remind yourself that your mother nature breathing mother nature each one of your inhalations is an exhale from mother earth and each of your exhalations is an inhale for her see yourself beyond the boundaries of your skin and bring into your heart an image of when mother nature has been at her brightest self for you see yourself completely enveloped by her energy this moment and remind yourself that you carry her energy through you you are her and she is you that the next inhalation can be a little deeper and a little longer and feel the expansiveness of your abdomen of your thoracic capacity hold and exhale let these spaces become familiar to you on these sensations you are mother nature existing in this state at this moment her luminosity is your luminosity through your breath you feel her power and her groundedness and you also feel her lightness and her expansiveness all happening as a yin and yang in your body balancing the feminine and the masculine energies within you let the next inhale be a little deeper and bring awareness through your fingertips and slowly draw your hands into your lower belly and when the inhale draws outwardly towards your hands you feel her power through you and when you exhale you feel her softness in you take a deep inhale in this place through your nose and a gentle sigh through your mouth let the breath continue to move and remind yourself that grace is breathing you at this moment now let's take a deeper inhalation both of your hands gone away from your belly and they softly land left hand first over your heart center and then your right hand over the left and we feel her under our hands in that heartbeat in the pulse of the universe spanda within your heart let the next inhale be a little more expansive opening your chest a little more and feel her softness again as your heart draws down back when you exhale feel how your hands are connecting to your chest how your fingertips gently connect with a little more intention through your fingertips into your skin as if you were giving your heart a hug as if you were giving mother earth a hug they can inhale through your nose let it be long and deep and feel the chest expanding and exhale my next inhalation remove your hands slowly from your chest and let them return to your lap and see if you can still feel your own touch on your skin from this space feeling grounded and open become aware of every part of your body and send yourself gratitude for taking a few minutes of your day to ground down and reconnect to the mother Pachamama mother earth and remind yourself that you carry her energy her power and her softness gently open your eyes feel your breath breathing through your body and with a luminous heart keep going with your day sending you love from Costa Rica
