My name is Anabel and today's practice is going to center around amplifying our blessings.
Amplifying our blessings in a spiritual way is going to involve cultivating a mindset and a lifestyle that attracts and magnifies positive energies.
I want you guys to remember that our brain tends to focus on the negative,
On what happened in the opposite way that we want it to happen,
On what went wrong.
So continuously we need to train and remind our brain that we are going to be focusing together on the positive,
On all the blessings that are existing in our lives.
How are we gonna do this today?
At this moment I want you to find a comfortable position whether you're waiting in your car for the traffic to move,
Whether you're sitting down at home with a loved one close by,
Whatever it is that you're doing,
Take a deep inhale through your nose,
Exhale through your mouth and as you place your left hand over your heart center and listen to your heartbeat and connect to the rhythm of the universe that moves through you,
Can you identify three things,
Three things that feel like a blessing in your life at this moment?
What are they?
They can be as simple as I was able to tie my shoes on this morning,
I was able to open my eyes and see the magnificent world around me,
I was able to get on my car and drive to work,
I was able to walk towards the bus and get with my feet and this public transportation to wherever I needed to go.
It is touching the hand of a loved one,
It is witnessing somebody in joy,
It is tasting amazing food.
What is the three blessings that you can identify at this moment?
If later you want to write this down and put them somewhere or put them in your journal,
Please do so.
I tend to have little post-its around my fridge with the things that I'm grateful for,
With also reminders of things that I have to do but I also have them visual so I can remember,
There's so much to be grateful for.
Now in the practice of amplifying this,
I'm going to bring attention to each of these and notice how they improve my life,
What is it that I get to savor through them,
What is it about them that made me feel good and I'm going to practice gratitude for each of these things.
I identify what it's positive about them and then gratitude for each thing that makes them positive in my life.
Oh I got to go to the gym,
Oh my body feels strong today,
Oh I got to savor this delicious meal and my senses were so stimulated by the taste.
Oh I have so much gratitude for the food and for the hands that prepared the food and for Mother Earth for providing for this food.
Oh anything,
It can be something so simple or it can be something a little more complicated that took longer to be produced.
Inhale through your nose,
Exhale through your mouth and as you feel and not only feel embody this gratitude of what this brings to you,
You feel that you're a magnet for these sensations,
That these sensations are you and you get to experience them over and over and from this space you're calling in more experiences like this.
They already exist in your future.
They're a reminder of the beauty of life even though it may be chaotic in some other spaces,
There's always space for beauty.
Enjoy,
Savor your blessings.
Know they're more coming your way but always remember to show gratitude for what's good in your life.

A sigh through the mouth.
Oh oh thank you,
Thank you universe.
Place your hand in prayer in front of your heart and other your third eye towards your thumbs as we share this gesture together.
