Soothing and subtly magical. Shifting my awareness from my anchor to my physical pain and back to my anchor made room for other parts of me to be nurtured. It was like any kind of harshness or resistance I had towards pain started to thaw and melt in the meditations. Grateful for this comforting voice accompaniment with wisdom amd grace.
