Take a deep breath in to this space, Exhale with a sigh, Deep breath in, Sigh it out. I trust my intuition to guide me toward my highest good. My inner wisdom is my greatest source of clarity and direction. I release doubt and embrace the certainty of my inner knowing. I am deeply connected to the vision of my highest self. I see beyond illusions and trust the truth revealed to me. My mind is clear, Focused, And aligned with my purpose. I honor the stillness within where all answers reside. I trust the journey even when I cannot see the entire path. I release fear and embrace the unknown with confidence. My imagination and creativity are limitless. Been doing a lot better. Getting back into a meditation practice, mainly the guided meditations are keeping me out of my head and less reactive. way more effective for keeping my system regulated than most things. But somehow I think a lot of my turmoil over the past months was probably Bec I haven't been living fully as a result of not making my music due to an injury keeping me away. Limited expression. And I didn't replace it. Now that my brain loosened back up, my body has been a good friend. Be blessed
