Hello again.
Welcome.
My name is Pratika.
This video is called Are you the creator of your thinking?
Have you poised?
To notice how thinking begins.
Not what the thoughts are about,
But where they arise from.
A thought appears,
Already here,
Already known.
But before it appeared,
Did you know exactly what it was going to be?
Or was it simply recognized once it had arrived?
Stay with this,
Without trying to answer.
Simply look.
Can you predict your next thought?
Not a thought you'd deliberately repeat.
But the next spontaneous thought that simply arises.
Wait and see.
Something appears.
Did you create it or did you simply notice it after it arrived?
Perhaps another thought says,
Of course I created it.
This is the eye of identity claiming it as mine.
Notice that too.
It is simply another thought appearing.
And being known.
Thought after thought comes and goes.
Some are welcome,
Some are not.
Some are remembered,
Others disappear.
Almost immediately,
Yet each one is known.
So what is it that knows the thinking?
Not another thought,
But the quiet,
Inseparable presence of abiding awareness.
To which every thought temporarily appears.
Remain here for a moment.
No need to reach a conclusion.
No need to decide what is true or not.
Only this gentle willingness to look.
There will come a moment when the need to keep searching begins to soften.
Not because every question has been answered.
But because the movement of looking has quietly come to a natural rest.
And in this recognition,
That movement away from inquiry Nothing needs to be found anymore.
For the dominant recognition that is now present is quiet.
Spacious awareness.
Already present still and unmoving.
Silently knowing every thought without ever becoming one.
Blessings to you.
