Welcome to Affirmations as the Natural Mind,
Part 3.
A lifetime of knowledge,
A moment of stillness,
Reveals the unknowable.
One's abiding truth is recognized in the spaciousness of not knowing,
Of remaining empty.
One needs be still to recognize one's true essence.
Otherwise,
Constant doing masks the gentle,
Loving,
Kind,
And selfless field of one's pure nature.
There is a reality,
But it's not the one you believe it to be if one still identifies as a person.
Rest openly and freely with the acceptance of all equally.
Then one is lasting peace unconditionally.
The spacious ease of all that is boundlessly possible is fully available in the presence of a no one.
When a someone appears,
The weight of a limited identity arrives also.
Regardless,
Remain fully relaxed,
Open,
And spaciously free.
Touch no thought,
Otherwise the reactions of personhood shall create a story,
A desire,
A drama,
A narrative.
Your constant searching is leading to more searching.
Be still.
All is here,
As the objectless now.
You are a temporary appearance,
Experiencing what is called life in a temporary body.
Natural mind is one's unborn presence of infinite awareness.
Your personal story is keeping you trapped as an individual of identity.
The pure,
Natural,
Pure self knows not your story,
For it is boundlessly free,
Unattached,
And unborn.
The human mind uses thought to create a world out there.
The natural mind is a field of infinite,
Unborn inclusiveness.
Your absence is one's presence.
Thoughts are a finite reality of a human mind.
Serene stillness is the timeless recognition of the unborn,
Natural mind.
There is no answer,
Only a recognition.
What is it that observes one's unknowable awareness?
When one rests naturally as the essence of being,
One comes to a complete and natural understanding of what one is.
The chatter of one's personal narratives,
Or the serene stillness of one's natural mind.
When thoughts stop stirring the mind,
One's presence expands into the spacious awareness of the natural mind.
One's sole purpose is the open field of infinite possibilities,
Ever-present in the spontaneous now.
Be still,
Be still,
Relax.
There is nothing to do.
Nowhere to be,
Nowhere to go.
One's self-awareness is that simple.
Ah,
I get it.
No one has ever said that to you before.
Until now.
We literally push one's pristine awareness to one side,
In favour of a mind that questions,
Doubts,
Assumes,
Judges and labels.
We have never learnt to simply relax as the spaciousness of pure being.
Knowing one's true self is not about learning.
It's about unlearning.
It's about becoming empty,
So as to recognise the unknowable.
Mind is an appearance of awareness,
Not the creator of it.
If it weren't for stillness,
We would not recognise the true self.
One is that which is the boundless,
Long before one became a finite person.
Before thought,
One is pure awareness.
Our self is a finite identity.
One's self is formless presence.
Spacious,
Timeless awareness.
The boundless joy of not being anyone.
Thought is not the natural state of being.
It's an appearance within it.
There simply aren't no answers.
One's abiding truth is unknowable.
One's inseparable presence is the stillness awareness behind thought.
Be still,
Relax,
Be empty.
Otherwise mind will keep you as its agenda.
One's natural intelligence arises in stillness,
Not thought.
There are no destinations.
If there are,
They are seen to be in the future and at a distance.
One is an infinite appearance in a temporary,
Finite form called a body.
One is already whole,
Complete and present.
One is not a future version of themselves.
One is already a perfect uniqueness unfolding and blossoming in every moment.
