Welcome to this space.

In these meditations and these transmissions,

I bring forward a high frequency of love light.

Just know that sometimes these frequencies,

They're brought forward in the form of energy words and sometimes sound,

Can bring about an experience of discomfort,

Whether that discomfort is mental,

Emotional,

Physical,

Spiritual.

It's important to understand that that discomfort is simply light awareness being shown upon,

Limiting belief,

Blockage,

Something that wishes to be transmuted.

So allow yourself to breathe and to relax.

Try to breathe into the space of discomfort and try to allow the energy to move.

Surrender into it and allow.

Continue to breathe.

Another thing that sometimes happens during these transmissions is people go unconscious.

So just know that whatever you experience,

Whatever it is,

Is perfect.

So just really allow yourself that experience.

And experience.

Throughout the process,

I will give you some place to focus upon.

Try to maintain your awareness at that place until I direct you somewhere else.

I often do go quiet.

I do go silent.

So continue to maintain that awareness even within the silence.

Breathe and allow.

Go ahead and close your eyes.

Nice deep breath.

Just bring your awareness to your physical body.

And breathe.

Breathe.

Bringing oxygen into your physical body.

Bringing oxygen into each and every cell.

Consciously feeding your body with oxygen.

Consciously releasing carbon dioxide and waste through your exhale.

Allowing yourself to feel safe in this space.

Using your intention to allow energies into your space.

Allowing in love light.

Allow your process to move.

Allow yourself to be loved,

To be held here now.

Exhaling and letting go.

As if you are a child.

As if you are a child.

Exhaling and letting go.

As if you are a child in a mother's embrace.

Allowing your body to relax.

Allowing all of your senses to relax.

No need to protect.

No need to defend yourself.

Allowing yourself to be held,

Nurtured,

Loved.

Allowing yourself to be loved.

Seeing came into the embrace of the Divine Mother.

Letting go of all your discomfort.

Letting go to her.

Letting go of any discomfort,

Any tension,

Any pain,

Emotional,

Mental,

Physical.

Letting go to her.

And sink down.

Sink down.

Down,

Allowing yourself to deepen into this moment.

Allowing yourself to deepen,

Sink into your body.

Sink into presence,

Energy.

Sinking into presence.

Nice deep breath into the gut.

Pushing your belly out as you inhale.

Sinking further.

Relaxing,

Dropping further into relaxation.

Further into a space of availability.

A space of availability.

Available to the warmth of her embrace.

Available to the love that exists here now,

In this very moment.

Deep breath.

Available to yourself.

Available to your self,

The self.

The higher mind,

The higher you.

The higher you are,

The higher you are.

Drawing the light into your lungs and with intention,

Drawing it into every cell of your body.

Drawing the light into your lungs and with intention,

Drawing it into every cell of your body.

Drawing the light into your lungs and with intention,

Drawing it into every cell of your body.

Anything that wishes to be removed,

Eliminated,

Let go from your being.

With your breath,

Inviting yourself to soak up this light.

As if a dry sponge soaking up water.

Use your intention to instruct yourselves to do so.

Soaking up the love light of your being.

Deep breath.

Keep breathing.

Higher frequencies are coming in.

Breathe them into yourselves.

And allow your body to let go.

Anything and everything that does not serve you.

You may feel it in particular parts of your body.

That's the case.

Focus in on those areas of your body.

Pull the light with your breath into that space.

And forming the cells there to soak up the light.

And forming the cells there to let go of anything and everything that does not serve you.

Keep continuing.

If you do not feel a particular part of your body or bodies,

Just keep setting the intention to all cells.

To all bodies.

With your intention,

Moving your awareness to the atoms.

Tiny particles of your being.

Every single atom of your being.

Not just your body.

And breathe.

Once again,

Pulling in that light.

And with your intention,

And forming the electrons of this light.

Of this clear light.

And breathe.

Higher frequencies are coming in.

Keep breathing.

Using your intention.

Nice deep breath.

Taking your awareness to the prana tube.

Central channel that runs through the center of your body.

Your being.

And beyond.

Both above your head,

Below your feet.

Energy enters this tube,

Both the top and the bottom.

Taking a moment to simply breathe,

Allowing energy in and out.

Both the top and the bottom.

And breathe.

As your body is going to start to come into alignment with this tube.

The chakras.

All bodies in alignment.

Nice deep breath.

A couple of nice purging breaths.

Alignment.

Feeling any discomfort at this time?

Taking a moment to once again,

Draw the light in through your lungs and take it to the place of discomfort.

If you feel no discomfort,

Continue awareness of the energy coming in and out of the tube.

And we'll go silent for a moment to support this process.

Just breathe and maintain your awareness.

Nice deep breath.

Now,

Let's go back to the prana tube.

Now,

Right us back to the prana tube.

And awareness out to your marikava.

And breathe as light is going to come in and start to light up your marikava.

Breathe and allow.

Do your best to breathe and maintain your awareness on your marikava.

Everything you experience is perfect.

Nice deep breath.

When your marikava spins,

You may be feeling the ever-settled sensation of that spinning.

Nice deep breath into the belly.

Relax and allow.

Green light coming into your prana tube and your marikava.

Breathe and receive.

Allow the light,

Allow the intelligence.

Keep receiving and allowing.

Golden light coming in your prana tube and your marikava.

All-present light into your prana tube and your marikava.
