And I have been honored to share this seven day morning meditation journey with you.
Each day we've spent.
Minutes together.
And stillness.
And intention.
These practices were simple by design,
But my hope is that you see that simplicity can bring great things.
I believe mornings are magic and offer fresh opportunities.
We were all born with the gift and the power to begin again and again.
So I invite you to continue.
And embrace your mornings.
Come back to this series.
Do it again,
And again,
And again,
And create.
A beautiful life.
That you deserve.
So let's take a breath.
Let yourself fully arise.
And let's create possibilities.
Today.
We embrace joy.
We celebrate.
Joy.
Let's take a deep breath in.
And let yourself smile so you can begin to feel the energy of joy.
And we leave.
Again,
Breathe in deeply.
Filling your bellies.
Raaaaawr!
God.
Allow yourself to settle into this moment.
Notice your breath.
If you choose,
Close your eyes or lower your gaze.
Notice your body.
Smile to yourself.
And generate the joy that lives within you.
Where the joy fills close to the surface are buried so deep.
We wonder if joy is still there.
I promise you.
It is there.
And I invite you to welcome it in.
In this moment.
All you need to do?
Is welcome your joy.
And breathe.
Let's settle into our three count plan.
And inhale,

3.
Wine.
Hold for three.
Cheerio.
One and exhale for three again.
Inhale,

Hold for 3.
And exhale,

And once more.
Inhale.
Hold.
And exhale.
And just breathe naturally.
On our journey over these seven days,
We have welcomed peace.
Practice gratitude.
Trust in ourselves.
Joe's Courage!
And embraced kindness.
And so we arrive at joy.
Not as something we must earn.
And not as something we must chase,
But as something we choose.
Joy is available in the smallest moments.
The warmth of the sun.
The song of a bird,
The laughter of a friend or a child.
You can grab your joy through deep breath.
A fresh beginning.
So as we enter into stillness,
Notice where joy already exists in your body and your life.
And allow yourself to feel it.
To receive it.
And you may want to repeat quietly within.
I choose joy.
I choose joy.
I choose joy.
And breathe.
If you find your mind wanders,
That's all right.
Just return to your breath.
Return to your joint.
I choose joy.
I'm green.
Allow joy to fill your heart.
Allow joy to brighten your body and your mind.
Allow joy.
To accompany you wherever you go.
So let's take in a final breath.
And release.
And as you move into your day,
Remember to choose joy.
