Begin to settle into the space around you,

Gently turn your attention inward and begin to notice the sensations within your body.
It's okay if you feel restless or energetic.
These feelings are often associated with nerves or anticipation.
And if you notice these sensations within yourself,
Begin to shake out your arms,
Legs and hands.
Feel the energy leaving your body,
Maybe even brushing your hands down your arms to signal the release of this excess energy.

Once again,
Releasing this nervous or excited energy.
Take a moment to just be present right now.
Not focusing on your competition tomorrow,
But turning your attention to your breath.
Following it in and out,
Allowing yourself to be here in this moment for just a few minutes.
You are capable of whatever you set your mind to.
You already have everything you need to succeed within you.
So there is no need to be nervous.
It's simply time to trust in yourself.
Inhale,
Seeing yourself succeed tomorrow and exhale,
Letting go of any doubts.
Take these final moments to gently shift your focus to whatever competition or event you're anticipating tomorrow.
Visualize every detail of the day.
What you'll do in the morning to get ready,
How you'll move and carry yourself.
See yourself participating in the competition and achieving the success you want.
See yourself moving throughout the day and doing every action that will lead to you achieving your goal.
And as you continue to envision the actions of your success,
Allow yourself to experience the emotion of succeeding and how you will feel when you achieve your goal.
