Welcome to this guided meditation designed to release fear and worry and embrace hope and positivity.

During this practice,

We will embark on a journey of tranquility designed to ease your mind and cultivate a sense of optimism,

Especially for those who find themselves burdened by concerns for the safety and well-being of their loved ones and others.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable seated or lying position.

Close your eyes,

Connecting with your breath and body,

Noticing any discomfort that exists.

Begin by taking a deep,

Cleansing breath in through your nose,

Allowing your lungs to fill with fresh,

Revitalizing air.

Hold that breath for a moment,

Feeling the energy within and then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension or stress.

Repeat this by taking another deep breath through your nose,

Hold for a moment,

Then exhale slowly through your mouth,

Letting go of your day,

Relaxing deeper as you exhale.

Now gently return to your normal breathing rhythm.

As we journey into relaxation,

Bring your attention to your body.

Starting from the top of your head,

Imagine your breath as a warm,

Soothing light,

Helping you to let go of stress and pressure.

Feel how the light is melting away any tension or tightness in your forehead,

Your temples and your jaw.

Let it flow down through your neck,

Shoulders and arms,

Softening every muscle it touches as you exhale calmly.

Continue this process with your chest and your back,

Releasing any discomfort.

Feel it move through your abdomen,

Your hips and down your legs,

Bringing a sense of ease and comfort to every part of your body.

Allow this warmth to surround you,

Creating a cocoon of relaxation.

Let your entire being from the top of your head down to the tip of your toes to enter into a deep state of relaxation.

Feel all the pressure release as you exhale.

Now let's focus on the fears and worries that may be weighing on your mind.

Visualize these concerns as heavy stones,

One by one,

Gently lifting from your shoulders.

As each stone rises,

Sense the lightness and relief that follows.

Allow your worries to dissolve into nothingness.

Inhale deeply,

Drawing in courage and strength.

Exhale fully,

Letting go of any residual fear.

With each breath,

Envision a protective shield forming around you,

A shield of hope,

Love and positive energy.

As you continue to breathe,

Focus on cultivating hope and positivity,

Picturing a radiant light within your heart,

Growing brighter with every breath you take.

This light represents the limitless possibilities that exist for you and your loved ones.

See it expanding,

Reaching out beyond yourself,

Connecting with the hopes and dreams you hold for those you care about.

Imagine sending waves of love,

Support and positivity to your loved ones,

Surrounding them with a comforting embrace.

Picture them illuminating in the same warm light that surrounds you,

Creating a space of safety and well-being.

Take a moment to inhale deeply,

Drawing in the energy of hope and positivity.

As you exhale,

Imagine sending this energy out into the universe,

Manifesting the possibilities you wish to see for yourself and your loved ones.

With each breath,

You are aligning yourself with a future filled with optimism and joy.

Stay here for a few moments and let this energy settle into your whole being.

Feel the protection and support you have for your loved ones emerge into calmness and relaxation.

As we come to an end of this practice,

Know that you can carry strength,

Love and positivity within you.

Whenever fear or worry appears within you,

Return to this place of tranquility and reclaim your sense of calm.

When you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the present moment.

With gentle stretches,

Allow the sensation of calmness to settle within you.

Take one last deep breath and as you exhale,

Open your eyes.

Carry this sense of hope and positivity with you throughout your day,

Knowing that you have the power to create a bright and optimistic future for yourself and those you cherish.
