Hi,
I'm Fimo.
Welcome to this morning meditation that you can do while lying in bed or sitting upright.
I'd like to begin with a moment of gratitude.
And so,
As you close your eyes,
Think of three people or three things that you are grateful for in this moment.
Allow your entire being to overflow with gratitude as you visualize these people or these things.
And if it's comfortable for you,
Allow yourself to smile.
This is a new day and you are living it.
Your happiness begins with appreciating what you already have and as long as you have your breath you have much indeed.
As long as you have your breath you have everything.
Slowly begin to connect with your breath.
Inhale deeply through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.
Breathe into your belly and notice how it rises.
Breathe out and feel your belly flatten.
Do this ten times at a rhythm that's comfortable for you.
Very good.
Now let go of your control over your breath and allow your body to breathe however it wants to.
Keep your attention on your breath,
Your natural breath.
And let go of your control over your breath.
Bring as much kindness and curiosity to the observation of your breath as possible.

We're now ready to move into our affirmations.
I will say every affirmation twice and will pause after each one so that you can repeat it with your full voice or quietly to yourself.
