This meditation's intention is to go through each astrological sign and the body part it rules from head to toe and to embrace the powers and gifts of each sign to generate those energies within ourselves.
I give some mantras that embrace this sign,
But feel free to use any mantra that helps you connect with the gifts of that sign.
Lie down on your back in a comfortable place,

Next bring your attention to the hands and limbs in the third house that represents Gemini.
Imagine these parts glowing with light and perhaps keep the throat filled with light because having a voice and communication is about the throat chakra.
