Close your eyes.
Remember to include,

Dogs bark and a window might open from somebody else.
You might hear a whoosh of a car go by or a phone ring.
You might have an itch,
Scratch.
Be comfortable.
Include.
And one of the things that might happen is a thought.
It might be a belief system that comes up and grabs you or an opinion or just a thought as your mind is racing.
In this meditation it is likely that your ego will want to do a lot of battle with this meditation.
So you can go ahead and let your thoughts happen.
When you think about thoughts,
They happen.
Electrical impulses.
A thought is an electrical impulse or a series of electrical impulses in your brain.
So between the synapses where something is grooved,
Thoughts happen.
Billions.
That's what it be.
Billions.
Every 60 seconds,
Every minute,
We have billions of thoughts.
If we latch on to one here and another there,
They're no more real than the other billions of electrical impulses that have gone by.
So it's rather amusing when you think about it really.
It's another one of the billions that we latch on to and think that's reality?
How could that be reality more than anything else?
It's just another thought.
So if a thought comes in,
You could be a little bit sarcastic and say thank you for sharing.
Be a little bit sincere though and say thank you for sharing.
And without resistance it just simply disappears again.
That's it.
You know,
Like acknowledge there's that thought.
I know that thought.
I recognize that thought.
That thought has happened before.
Whatever.
And there's another thought and go back to the meditation.
So make your body comfortable whether you are sitting down or lying down.
Find your way into really just unkinking whatever.
Shoulders,
Hips,
Back,
Knees,
Feet,
Hands,
Neck,
Head,
Whatever you need to readjust.
Move around,
Jiggle around till you are with no attention on your body.
Like it's so comfortable that you could just be a blob there somewhere between now and forever.
You adjust just a little bit more and find a way to include your body.
Aches,
Pains,
Traumas.
It's part of the makeup of who you are in this moment now.
See if you can find a way just to include that too.
And then find a new now.
Sometimes when I have a pain I will dive my consciousness directly into the heart of the pain.
And linger there with all of my attention.
Then the more I do that the more it seems to dissipate.
I have also in my life more than a few times been in extreme pain and have found that I can take pain is a concentration of energy in a particular place.
So I will with my mind particleize the energy of the pain and dissipate it throughout my entire body and then have it go out in my case usually to the Sun.
Some people like just doing it in every which way direction.
Some people to the molten lava surrounding the Earth's core and then have it come back as healing energy.
When you can define anything you want.
Putting out wildfires in the Arctic,
Feeding hungry children,
Helping humanity find an effective easily accessible vaccine for novel coronavirus.
Keeping the utilities on for anybody who can't afford it right now.
Whatever.
Saving the whales.
Right whales are endangered more than ever.
Whatever comes into your consciousness that is a match for you.
Helping to salvage and replenish the rainforest and all of its critters.
Whatever you got.
Whatever is yours.
So include,
Include,
Include.
And now consciously focus on breathing in as deeply as you can going to the bottom of your lungs first and filling up from there and just hold your breath.
Locate anything at all in you that is not of pure white light and place that into your breath.
Sniff in just a little bit more air.
Hold that and exhale just let it all go.
All of it.
Just let it go.
And now consciously breathe in pure white light from everywhere.
Filling the bottom of your lungs first.
Allowing pure white light to fill the entirety of your body.
Holding your breath.
Find any vestiges of anything that is not of that pure white light.
Gently place whatever that is into that pure white light.
Holding that in the pure white light.
Sniff in just a little bit more pure white light from everywhere and let it all go.
Release it.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Trusting that our magnificent earth and precious Sun have the capacity to recycle everything as healing energy for all of us.
All of creation.
If you wish you can release it into the hands of God or Jesus however your belief system goes and have it brought back to us as healing.
And find that you can just breathe.
One more time taking in a conscious breath.
Breathing pure white light in from everywhere.
All directions.
Top,
Bottom,
Sides,
Front,
Back,
Underneath.
Hold that.
Locate any last residuals of anything at all anywhere inside of you.
From the tips of your hair to the tips of your fingers to the tips of your toes with pure white light.
Locate anything at all that is not of that light and place it into that pure white light.
Gently cradling whatever that is.
Recognize that you don't actually have to hold on to that anymore and just release all that.
Let it go.
Let it go.
Let it go.
And just allow pure white light to be the breath in and the breath out,
The breath out and the breath in.
A circle of breath with pure white light as a continuum inside of you.
Also surrounding yourself with pure white light.
Who you are is a being of pure white light both within and without and everything in between.
And to include all belief systems simply bring into your consciousness the number nine and just feel yourself going deeper and deeper.

Seven.
Deeper.
Seven.
Six.
Six.
Five.
Deeper.
Sinking deeper.
Five.
Five.
Six.
Deeper.
Four.
Deeper.
Three.
Four.
Deeper.
And deeper.
Two.
Two.
Deeper.
One.
One.
One.
Deeper.
And deeper.
Recognize in your consciousness there is a vast amount that you do know.
You might even start cataloging some of what you know.
You might know lots of information in your field.
You also know how to do certain tasks,
A lot of them.
You even know some basic simple things like how to brush your teeth.
And there are some things that from time to time in life need to be relearned.
Like somebody who has had a stroke and needs to learn how to chew food all over again.
Or somebody who needs to relearn how to walk.
Maybe you know how to whistle.
Maybe you don't.
And you could still learn.
And now recognize in your consciousness that no matter how much you know,
There is so much more that you do not know.
That could seem overwhelming.
You could also relate to it as a total joy.
An endless body of wonder.
Of forever discovering.
In this world of not knowing.
Inside this world of wondrous discovery.
The endless wow factor.
There is a component of creating.
Part of creating is allowing in that which is new.
Allow yourself to open up within you.
Everything is new.
Always.
This moment has never happened before.
This step you take has never happened before.
This dish you wash,
It has never happened just like this before.
Every moment is new.
Each time somebody speaks,
Every touch,
Everything you see,
Hear,
Feel with your body,
Feel emotionally.
Even a smell that you recognize smells new each moment.
No matter how many recognizable moments there are.
Each moment is new.
