Body Scan Mindfulness Meditation. This is part of the “Mindfulness & Zen Meditation Training For Health, Wellbeing & Stress Reduction” 8-week course. It is a 23-minute long guided meditation. It encourages the student to get in touch with their body, to learn how to let go of sounds and thoughts, and to keep coming back to the body sensations and the breath. We investigate tension and stress in the body and give little pointers on how to deal with tension and stress in the body.
