This practice will assist us in setting intentions. How are we responding daily to life, what are our major contributions are we contributing to Love, fear, joy, anger, hate,drama, peace, or confusion. There are a lot of things we can contribute in this life and often it more than just one thing, but what is our intention?

Hi,

I am Laura aka Zindiva4U,

The ambassador of Zinnation,

Here to assist in enriching our lives,

Body,

Mind,

And spirit.

How are we responding to life?

What are our major contributions?

Are we contributing love,

Fear,

Joy,

Anger,

Hate,

Drama,

Peace,

Or confusion?

There are a lot of things that we can contribute in this life,

And often it's more than just one thing.

But what are our intentions?

All of us are here to contribute something.

Let's explore our intentions.

Get very comfortable.

Whether sitting or lying down,

Gently close your eyes.

Take several deep breaths at your own pace.

Inhaling through your nose,

Gently blowing it out your mouth.

Again.

One last time.

We will explore our intentions.

Do we have an overall intention for our life?

What is that intention?

How are we implementing that intention?

We can set an intention every day.

What intention will you set for today?

Will it be love?

Joy?

Do we have any anger or hatred towards someone?

Or are we at peace today?

Are we dealing with any difficulties or confusion?

We can rise each day and set an intention.

Let's do that now.

Let's seek to connect with our higher consciousness.

Know that what we give out will come back to us and ours.

What do we intend to give out today?

Let's saturate our consciousness with that intention.

Let's intend to heal ourselves and heal those we encounter.

Savor that sensation.

Enjoy that sensation.

Now,

Let's take in three very full and refreshing deep breaths.

At your own pace.

As we give thanks for the opportunity to quiet our minds and go within.

Resting in this moment of assurance that all is well and our desires are being fulfilled.

This has been your moment of zen.
